Dinner needs to be reserved in advanced. They were able to accommodate us for dinner one night and it was wonderful. Breakfast also needed to be reserved, it was a very good buffet.
Keep your windows closed. Our friends had their room broken into my the snow monkeys. My daughter had nightmares after it happened.

Not much!!
The hotel would not feed us or let us have a drink. Parking was half a mile away and the staff were not that helpful. We went to a hotel 2 dirts down the road and they went out of their way to feed us including a bottle of wine. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel

the beds are basically a yoga mat on the floor

it’s was right on the resort you could board right up to the door
it was a little dated, but at the end of the day you’re not here to stay in the hotel

Great traditional heartwarming food, excellent thoughtful staff, large Japanese style room, and perfect location next to slopes!
