Tout juste rénové, spacieux et plein de lumière, est très amical et recommandé pour les familles et les groupes d'amis.
Nous sommes à pied de la ligne de 2, tramway rapide dans le centre-ville en quelques minutes et en bus n ° 32 et 280 pour Saint-Pierre. Et 'possible de louer des vélos et aller sur la piste cyclable sur le Tibre à l'île Tibérine. Les vélos peuvent être loués à cinq minutes à pied de l'appartement.
Une promenade au Maxxi, le nouveau musée d'art contemporain, l'Auditorium et du stade olympique.
L'appartement est équipé avec A / C dans toutes les chambres, connexion internet via WiFi plat, 2 TV connectée au numérique terrestre et par satellite. Lave-vaisselle et lave-linge à la disposition des clients, fer à repasser, aspirateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, mixeur, sèche-cheveux.

Great apartment only a few minute walk from city transit to take you to the sights. Fantastic local restaurants and gelateria nearby.

Clean apartment with large bedrooms. Easy access to the main sights in Rome (Colosseum, Vatican) either by tram or walking or rental scooter. Our favourite was to walk over to the Tiber, about a block away, and rent scooters to travel along the river path.
Around the block, we found an excellent cafe and just down from there was the best gelato that we had in Rome.

Wonderful large space for larger groups. Our group had four adults who wanted separate bedrooms out of the central toursit areas but with easy access to Rome's amazing attractions. So this apartment was ideal for us. We were greeted by the host and given a tour of the apartment along with maps and public transportation instructions. It's a short walk to the trolley, which takes you to the Piazza del Popolo in Ancient Rome, and to bus lines for other desitnations. The neighborhood has plenty of terrific cafes, restaurants, grocery, and shopping options. We spent our fist day just exploring the neighborhood and loved it. Highly recommend.

Ideal for our family of 6
Clean, comfortable and excellent location with easy transport options and local shops and restaurants. Elisabetta gave us plenty of suggestions for places to visit/eat and how to get there, which was really helpful for our five day stay. She was flexible about our check out time too which was a huge bonus. Friendly and responsive. We had no problems and would thoroughly recommend this place. Cool stairwell up to the first floor, but also a lift.

Quiet location in a safe neighborhood
We were a group of 4 couples coming to Italy for the first time. Not knowing the area, we took a chance on this property. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it met our needs perfectly. The four bedrooms accommodated us perfectly with two full bathrooms. The living area was roomy and kitchen and table were perfect. The wifi was an added bonus and worked quite well. I feel that the pictures do not do this property justice.
The bus stops (yes, several) were very conveniently located. We used google maps to determine which route we were to take that day. It did take a half hour to reach most destinations but this was worth being located out of the hustle and bustle of the main city center. Another perk of the location was the wonderful bakery, gelato store, and restaurants right in the neighborhood. It was fun walking down the safe streets and deciding on which quaint restaurant to choose for that evening.
Upon arriving to the condo, we were met by the owner's sister. She spent a nice bit of time with us explaining all of the particulars about the condo. She also showed us maps of the area and explained the transportation system. The owner had arranged transportation from the airport for us and also the transportation to the cruise ship at the end of our stay. Both things went off without a hitch.
I would not hestitate to stay here again if I was ever to be lucky enough to visit Rome.

Great place for a quick stay
This was a great place to stay for our short stay in Rome. The owner kept in contact with me via WhatsApp and checked with us to see how to set up the rooms for our party. She also ensured the apartment was nice and cool for check in. This is a great place to stay when you are out sightseeing all day.

Unfortunately it’s hard to judge a place by photos. Quite often they’re taken at angles to make things look better and omit other views. There was a terrible trash problem in the street which means you smell it if you open the windows. I had requested to have beds made for 7 but only 6 were made. I had to steal one sheet from another bed so that we can at least have a bottom sheet on each one. I tried to contact the owner but she never responded. She was very nice before we arrived and upon check-in, but both times I tried to contact her afterward I never got an answer. We were also given one small bath towel each along with a very thin hand towel. This is very disappointing when you have seven people for 4 days and it’s extremely hot/humid out. Sometimes we took more than one shower and it would’ve been nice to have fresh towels more often. Yes there was a washer, but it would take about a day and a half for the towels/clothes to dry on the line because they had to drive inside and the humidity prevented them from drying quickly. The next biggest hassle was the parking. It is a nightmare! Although Elisabetta was very pleasant we will definitely stay in a hotel next time.

Best hospitality EVER!
Elizabetta met us at the flat, all the rooms were pre arranged for our children, 3 beds in one room for the girls along with toys and one twin bed in anther room for the 15 yr old. She patiently oriented us to the neighborhood and transportation system, gave a way to text her for anything, she even set up our cab rides back to the airport and to the train station for an excursion we were doing. She was so thoughtful and kind and just went above and beyond! Best experience ever!

Great
One of the best experience we ever had . Apartment was great . Elisabeth was very helpful with a lot of thinks . Stadium is just next door where you can watch some great games .
Downtown is just minutes away , even walking distance . Our family reunion worked great on this location . Our families traveled from USA , Greece, Italy and Albania and all enjoyed the apartment .
We are looking forward for the next get together and is no doubt we will use same location if is Rome .

an oasis in the city
we desperately needed a place to house 5 adults in Rome before our trip back home. After spending a week in positano, we wanted to see some sights in Rome. The VRBO was billed as center city. While it was more northwest than center, it was adequate and clean. Elizabetta was lovely and helped provide some necessary info to these weary travelers. All in all, a pleasant experience

Fabulous apartment
Back bedrooms both lovely and quiet for sleeping. All bedrooms great. Bins get tempted on the front road bedrooms but you get there everywhere in Rome anyway – it can't be avoided!
Rooms are nice and dark for sleeping with good quality shutters and air-conditioning in every room with separate controllers.
Well equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious dining room/lounge/open kitchen.
Really unusual to get such a spacious apartment in Rome. Everyone who visited was envious of our find!
Elizabetta was extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough for us in terms of arranging for multiple transfers in and out as we were all arriving and leaving at different times.

Elisabetta was very helpful with reserving a taxi for us from the airport to the apartment.
The apartment was spacious. Maps were provided so we knew how to access the bus system for sight seeing.

Location, Location, Location!
We are 2 family of 9 people had a great time at Elisabetta’s place.
Elisabetta is a wonderful landlord. She booked taxis for us from and to FCO airport. Even though we made some changes in the last minute, she still arranged for us without question. As other reviewers have said, she was at the appartment to greet us and showed us how to navigate around. She always picked up my calls, even when she was on a bus . Thanks, Elisabetta!!
Her place is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We walked to a very good restaurant nearby almost every night. A friendly, delicious gelato shop was our next stop after dinner. There is a 24/7 supermarket where we got everything we want for breakfast and for late dinners when all restaurants were closed. Many coffee shops are around. Bus stations are near by. We used bus to go everywhere, very convenience.
The appartment is spacious, clean. AC is in every rooms. We enjoyed some World Cup games in her living room :)

Very Nice
Apt is beautiful large enough for 5 adults plus. Location was about 25 mins from center of Rome by bus 910. I would most definitely stay there again.

Convenient, clean and very comfortable
Our group very much enjoyed staying at this home. The place was very clean, the showers were fantastic and all of the other plumbing worked. We made use of the washing machine, the AC's and the wireless internet access. Overall I would recommend this home for any large group visiting Rome who wish a convenient, well-maintained and affordable place.
Additionally, transportation was easy to access and within 10 minutes on tram 2 we were within walking distance to all of the major historic sites in Rome. Elisabetta made our stay incredibly pleasant and provided the information we needed to help us get around.
Our group would definitely stay here on a return trip to Rome.

Great place to stay with big family or with friend
Elisabetta was awesome helping us with our introduction to the house/city.
She gave us valuable tips, and of key places around the apartment, which was located in a great place. She planned the best route to take to go around.
She arranged for a taxi to drop us off at the airport.
The apartment itself was well furnished, enough rooms for 2 or 3 families, and kitchen had all the utensils needed for a quick meal.
Great stay. Memorable time at the apartment.

Absolutely wonderful, perfect for the rugby!
We loved this apartment, so tasteful, spacious and comfortable. There were 8 of us in 2 families and we had plenty of room. We were met by the lovely owners who couldn't have been more helpful, in fact this began when we booked, they arranged our taxis for us and gave us lots of advice. They recommended local restaurants which were fab, and helped to make travel around so easy, but all the info you need is available in the apartment. We went to the rugby which was so easy to walk to, and the atmosphere was incredible. This is a great location to explore Rome from with easy transport links. The walk to the tram is a really pleasant stroll which gives you a lovely feel of local life. We absolutely loved the market, don't picture a beautiful piazza, this is a true locals indoor market and was fantastic. We had lovely tasting and advice, even being shown how to cook delicious artichokes without any shared language at all! We were welcomed back like true locals, we loved it. If we are lucky enough to return to Rome we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Wonderful apartment, brilliant location
This gorgeous, bright apartment is in an excellent location for enjoying Rome. Easy access to the historical centre, Vatican etc by walking, tram or bus yet in a lovely quiet friendly neighbourhood. Elisabetta and Agnese are excellent hosts - friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble they were both so accommodating and warm. We stayed two months as a family, with many visitors as well. The apartment is spacious and perfect for lots of people. Fast wifi, lovely facilities in the kitchen, living and bedrooms. The neighbourhood feels like you are living properly in Rome with a local daily market, lots of cafes and restaurants, excellent gelateria, and everything you need for everyday life. I would recommend this property highly as a great place for a group or family to stay. Thanks so much Elisabetta and Agnese! We hope to come back some time.
