Möbel und Matrazen sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen...

Unser Ferienhaus war modern und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (auch ausreichend Geschirr). Die Ferienanlage insgesamt ist recht groß und hat Häuser in den verschiedensten Größen. Jetzt im September waren offensichtlich nicht alle Häuser belegt und deswegen war es angenehm ruhig. In der Hochsaison ist es sicher anders, da die Häuser relativ dicht aneinander stehen. Die Anlage wirkt gepflegt.

Eine Check-In-Zeit von nur anderthalb Stunden (15:00 bis 16:30) ist wenig komfortabel, auch wenn man bei späterer Anreise einen Schlüsselsafe nutzen kann. Eine Ferienanlage ohne WLAN ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Great location, great unit

The electricity came back to bite us - without even using the sauna once, we were charged for a 3 day stay the same amount what we pay back home for a whole month.

- Great location - Nice view - Kitchen (you have everything you need)

- A lot of expenses you have to pay which are not included the price. On booking.com it was only stated that we have to pay additional electricity & water but when upon check-in we had to pay other expenses which are NOT mentioned on booking.com. Also the receptionist could not show us, it was also not written anywhere on our reservation. - Electricity costs are EXTREME HIGH! We booked for two nights, we did not use the sauna/whirlpool since we were only home during the night. During the day we were not even home.. We paid around EUR 100 for these costs.. very high costs. So keep in mind that you will have to pay a lot of extra expenses. - Staff/housekeeping not very friendly and welcoming. They start to sigh the moment you say you don't speak German only English.

Everything else

There are too many non included expenses, so it's hard to know exactly how much money you spend overall. Also we we're at the bottom floor of the house and could hear all the movements of people above us, was a bit annoying as they we're celebrating and we wanted a quiet time.

Amazing house (Kajute for 4 people) - sauna , whirlpool, fire oven, fully equipped kitchen. Well designed, good furniture. We’ve got 1a house - 20 meters from Satama Sauna and Spa. There is beautiful lake 5 minutes walk - should be amazing place especially in a summer. 10-15 minutes walk there is a small zoo with mini golf and playground for kids (Freizeitpark). Edeka supermarket - very good one, 12 minutes walk. Within 10 minutes walk there are 4 restaurants (2 close to the lake, another 2 close to supermarket Edeka) Great wifi connection - equipment is inside of the house 45 minutes drive to Tropical Islands (with no traffic/cars on the road!) 30 min drive to great zoo in Furstenwalde (Heimattiergarten) 25 min drive ti Bad Saarow thermal spa resort

The only thing I did not like (but it was expected) - very expensive extra payments for water and electricity. During cold season we’ve used floor heating and sauna quite a lot. So initial price has been raised +60 %. So deposit of 100 euros was not enough (we’ve paid +93 euros for electricity only). Just keep this in mind. And enjoy the stay!

Excellent location, just at lake, with great view from terrace. Really huge house, four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and very nice dinning room. On top of that: private sauna! :) The building and equipment was really amazing! Also staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :)

Hard to find anything... One thing: seems to be popular party place, we could hear the music from marina or yachts till late night... this was the only disappointment in this perfect calm place.
