Villa Lilyum est une villa luxueuse et spacieuse, de 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains, pour des groupes de douze personnes à la recherche d'un séjour luxueux et constitue un pied-à-terre idéal pour des excursions dans certains des meilleurs sites patrimoniaux de la région lycienne. Les portes en verre totalement rétractables du sol au plafond permettent à l'extérieur et créent une atmosphère lumineuse, aérienne et spatiale créant une expérience de vacances vraiment mémorable.

We struggled to find a Villa large enough for our family, but this one ticked all the boxes. Mehmet was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and he and his wife made sure our stay was very special. Great view of the bay and fabulous pool and outside area. Thankyou.

Well presented property with very good outside area to sunbathe or take to the shade when the sun is at its peak.
Two large fridge freezers is more than adequate for the largest of parties. Plenty of crockery and utensils. During our two week stay the washing machine and dishwasher was invaluable. Large bottled water machine was also a most welcome addition.
A lovely pool, attended to every morning, was most welcome to cool off.
The walk into town downhill was only 15 minutes but cheap taxi back is recommended. In summary, a very good property, well appointed with lovely views over Kalkan bay from the terrace on the top floor.

We were a family with ten persons and we liked all our stay very much. The wonderful view , the swimming pool. When we had questions, Mehmet was always available to help us.

I booked Villa Lilyum for a week in September. We were a group of 13 and for such a large group there was more than enough space to accommodate all of us comfortably. On arrival the property was very clean and organised. Mehmet was there to greet us even though we got there at 2am! Airport transfers were arranged by Mehmet which was very helpful. The views from the villa were stunning. My family and I had an amazing week and will definitely recommend this villa to others. Thank you Mehmet. We hope to see you again soon. - Faiqa & Family.

Location Location!
This villa is in our favourite part of Kalkan (visit for 13 years). It's a good size and whilst not a luxury villa it was very well equipped. The few issues we had were sorted out very quickly by the owner. Our feeling was that the living/dining area needed an upgrade but that was more than made up for by the very private pool and large outside area where we spent most of our time. We would definitely come back to this villa.

Beautiful and well equipped villa
Villa Lilyum is a lovely spacious villa. There were seven adults in our party, but there was plenty of space both inside and out of the villa. The villa was extremely well equipped and immaculately clean when we arrived.
Mehmet, our host, was very helpful and despite our flight to Dalaman being delayed, he organised transfers for our party and had a meal ready for all of us on our arrival at the villa. Nothing was too much trouble and he responded to any enquiries quickly and efficiently.
The villa is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan and although you can walk down to the centre, the walk back is quite steep. However taxis are plentiful and good value.
I would highly recommend Villa Lilyum.

Love Kalkan , great villa
Villa had everything we needed . We were a large group so was ideal for us. Lovely views could walk into town which took about 15 minutes but would recommend a taxi back as steep hills! Would use again

Beautiful Villa Lilyum
Lovely villa, owner could not have been more helpful. Clean spacious villa indoors and out. Lovely pool with lots of outside seating. We had a really lovely time.

A lovely villa in a beautiful setting
Our stay at villa lilyum was a marvellous experience , the villa was clean and comfortable and is exactly as shown in the photographs , the views from every room are wonderful and the pool and barbecue area excellent .
Mehmet is efficient and very quick to respond to enquiries and any problems you may have. The man who greeted us on arrival was also very nice and helpful, I believe he was a relative of Mehmets,
The pool and outside area was cleaned and kept tidy every day
Kalkan itself is a short walk from the villa but be warned the hills are extremely steep so after the first 3days of tackling these we walked down to the town and taxied back which is about 15turkish lire. Kalkan offers very many wonderful restaurants which all serve excellent food and if you want to go a little upmarket go to the harbour .
All in all we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this lovely villa

Top service
Family of 10 People enjoyed every single 7 days stay in Kalkan.
Mehmet the villa manager gave us a top service. He is always ready for questions - guidance and helped us with shuttle service - 1. Day water and other supplies from supermarket etc. Also Mehmet recommended a restaurant visit to Gurus Restaurant, his nephews restaurant that served 100% top class freah turkeys food - DON’T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY! We went 2 times. Guru picked us up in his mini van and drive us back safely 😜👍
Kalkan city is very lovely and even though we went in mid summer, the restaurants and staff was still service minded and not “tired” of tourists like in many other countries/city’s.
The villa has everything you need and expect. The pool is clean and nice with a beautiful view over the town and sea.

Excellent villa
The villa was exactly as described and with ample space for the number of people.
I holiday in Kalkan every year and this is the first time in this villa.
The views from the villa are wonderful and the standard is the best I have stayed in.
Although we were only a party of 6 adults, the villa was not too big. It was great to have ensuites on the rooms.
A Nice welcome pack was included.
Mehmet also arranged transport which was great.
I would recommend this villa.
Th villa is situated quite high up and the climb back is a hike - you can always walk down and taxi back up.
It takes 20 mins to walk to the harbour.

Villa Lilyum - Lovely !
We had a fantastic holiday at villa Lilyum in Kalkan. The villa was lovely, well maintained, very spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday . Mehmet was there to meet us on arrival and was available by phone throughout our stay. The views over Kalkan Bay are spectacular from the villa, especially from the roof top terrace. Whilst the centre of Kalkan is within walking distance the local taxi service from the villa was great. Kalkan hosts a variety of restaurants which all serve a great standard of food . Several of the restaurants have roof top terraces which makes dining out really special. We would definitely consider returning and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Fabulous holiday in Villa Lilyum
Thank you Mehmet for allowing us to stay in Villa Lilyum, a very well presented and fully equipped home from home with fantastic service from Mehmet, Baram and Jimmy. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with David's birthday celebrations as one of our highlights. The children really enjoyed scuba diving and banana boating. We are now looking at next years calendar and will be in touch shortly.

Villa Lilyum
I have stayed several times at villa lilyum, and it is very nice, a great location very easy to walk into the town centre. The views are lovely and its great to see the sun come up in the mornings over the hill tops. Very spacious and has everything you need there, would recommend it .

Practically perfect
As a frequent visitor to Kalkan, I wanted to show it off to my family. As there were 4 generations (from 7 months to great grandparents and everything in between) we needed somewhere big enough to accommodate us all - and this was perfect. It has everything you could possibly want. As with most villas in Kalkan, the walk back from town is a little arduous but taxis are cheap and readily available. We also discovered that the pizza delivery company will deliver bottles of wine when you've run out. Most useful! Couldn't recommend this villa (or Kalkan) enough. Can't wait to return.

A Lovely Villa
The villa was very good and well equipped. It has 6 large bedrooms and 6 luxurious bathrooms. It is within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Kalkan and is 20 minutes to the seafront. The cab drivers know the villa and so can bring teenagers safely home at night. We had a good stay there. Mehmet will arrange trips and a car for you. Nothing is too much trouble. The villa is also a reasonable price.

Fabulous villa
The villa was fabulous, very clean and we found everything we needed. We were greeted at 11.30pm by a welcoming party with hot food! The owner and his brother could not do enough for us, they arranged taxi for thy beach and to and from the airport. On our last day they moved us to another villa as our flight was a late flight, we found the villa and the owner way above our expectations. We would recommend to anyone.
