A peaceful location, close to our favourite Lovedale vineyards and the Binnorie Dairy.

The location was great. It was a lovely setting. Liked the access to a common area.
It wasn’t that clean.

Had breakfast before leaving. The eggs benedict were awesome...... Chef's own hollandaise sauce is incredible. Lovely sitting out on the deck.
Table outside our room needed to be cleaned and the outdoor furniture in general was a little unorganised. having said that, we did change to this villa when we arrived, so it may have been different it we we're supposed to be in that room from the start.

Gorgeous location with lots of room to wander and relax. We also had my mum’s 80th here and Leona and staff could not have been more lovely or helpful. It was the perfect venue!

Excellent customer service, gorgeous location, delicious food and wine. Would happily go back again!
The in room furniture was a bit tired/worn and the coffee/tea pretty meagre but these are very minor complaints.

very cute cottage, private and quiet with lovely views.
No oven in the cottage after being told there was one - messed up our plans.
wifi didn’t work, no fan in the second bedroom and we were their in peak Summer - 30 degree days. No mirrors in bathroom or bedrooms - difficult for women to do hair and make-up, Main light in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, no breakfast provisions - most cottages provide v simple provisions - doesn’t cost much! The most disappointing thing was buying all this lovely wine and looking forward to drinking it back at the cottage in the evening and one of us having to drink expensive wine out of a tumbler because there were only 2 mismatched wine glasses - in a cottage that sleeps 6 people!!!

Great property at a fantastic price for the Hunter! The kitchen/dining area would do well with some more utensils/platters etc but overall a lovely spot to stay. Big bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and restaurant and wine tasting on site. Highly recommend.
Better fit out in the kitchen with more
utensils and serving bowls/platters would be good.

The estate itself was beautiful, the restaurant was amazing with food and wines that blew us away.
We stayed 2 nights in the Loft conversion, so much noise from work men opening the barn doors, and then being woken up at early hours by the emptying of glass bottles.
The bed was very comfy that's the only positive I can say on the loft.
Certainly wasn't value for money, the taps in kitchen and bathroom were beyond repair in a bad state.
The TV didn't work, very intimitant.
No WiFi!!! We both needed to keep up with emails, and found ourselves having to go to Peterson House.
Nice touch with the wine, but felt it would be nice to have received a basket of breakfast items for the cost.
The sugars in little packets were left out and totally gone dry/hard, a little damp.
There's a gap under main door , that certainly needs sorting. As we arrived back to find frog in the bathroom and a spider on wall....which left us not wanting to stay.
The windows were dirty and full of dirt, and so was the bathroom one.
I'm sorry to say I wouldn't recommend.

Although there was a hiccup with room suitability for a baby, the staff went above and beyond doing everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Had the use of a lounge room with open fire and kitchen that we were not expecting. Lovely setting. Restaurant food was exceptional and the wine was excellent.
Bedroom was a little dusty and had a couple of spider webs. But this was not a big deal.

Great location, property is lovely.
Villa was not particularly clean. Floors were dirty and mice around. Hot water not regulated and a guest burned herself on the exposed pipe work. Vents on some bedroom external doors were broken and let cold air in from outside, making bedrooms freezing cold, particularly at night. Staff were fairly abrupt and not especially helpful. Overall made for a rather disappointing stay.

location was good for what we needed
was not aware that one of the rooms was a loft , nothing said this at booking .. I was booked into a 5 bedroom place, not 4 bedrooms and a loft style room - Villa Zara. Villa not overly clean.
The Hannah loft again was not overly clean.

Was attending a wedding there, staff were pleasant.
Was disappointed in the room, exhaust fan in en-suite don't think has been cleaned in a long time, shower leaked all over floor which becomes a OH&S issue, no milk in fridge. Bit over priced for what it was (Loft).

The size of the villa was excellent, everyone had a bathroom in there rooms, and the loft was perfect for the kids. Plenty of space to share with family members. The position of the villa on the estate was beautiful and quiet. The Beds were comfortable and clean. The BBQ was clean, which was great for breakfast. Location to all winery's and restaurants was an easy drive.
Would have liked a coffee machine. A nice smelling diffuser to take away the locked up smell when you walk in would also have been nice. Also 1 additional toilet roll does not cover a four day stay (Just annoying).
