spacious, nice apartments with a terrace next to every room, great location (100 m to beach / my terrace overlooked a quiet street with mountain view and orange gardens), staff ready to help. ah, and there are rabbits in the garden ;)

Its close to the sea, few min walk where you need to cross the road which is very convenient
I like a lot support from local adim manager Olga who was supportive in all the matters.
We also rent a car , and there is plenty of space to park it on street.
if u don't like to cook and want to eat outside u need to spend a bit time to get to city center. It took 15 min one way with high speed walk, however, if u are staying in August, assume it will be longer at 40 degrees.
A few things were quite outdated and need to be replaced especially in bathroom.

Don't go there! Even the building maintenance is poorly done, some bridges to access apartment are not stable and my daughter almost fell. Very very bad smell in the apartment when we arrived.
