Great views from the hotel and the staff are fantastic.
Due to location just expect to have a good up hill walk back to the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Probably the best place we stayed in southern Italy. Rooftop was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

For exploring Pompeii, this is an ideal location and hotel. You are just 20minutes by train and Domo20 is in a picturesque town on the sea, while the Pompeii area is pretty gritty. The hotel is newer with excellent beds, spacious rooms, great service, and a really fine breakfast. The breakfast is generous with fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, croissants, salmon, fresh juices, cappacino and more! This is a bit of an uphill walk from the train with luggage, so I suggest a taxi on the way up. It is pretty easy getting down to the train by foot with roller bags. This place is fantastic!

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and great rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and incredible sea & Vulcan view. We really enjoyed the meals and cocktails at the restaurant. Restaurant and terrace manager was very nice and positive. Really enjoyed his attitude to what he is doing :)
Would be good to have some glass cups in the bathroom, not plastic ones , which were not replaced , when used.

loved that they have free parking. also a semi quick walk down to the city center. clean rooms and facilities. I would stay again

the front desk staff were very helpful to find us transportation, and breakfast was a mix of a la cart and a buffet. the rooftop view is also very nice
we booked a sea view room assuming that a balcony would surely be available. to our surprise we get a sea view with a high window that you have to stand to see the view… rooms with balcony sea view were double the price. at the time of booking the room description didn’t say it’s a window sea view but rather a “sea view” leaving you to assume that you would actually have a balcony with a sea view like all other standard hotels. I was really disappointed with this cheeky way of justifying overcharging for a “sea view” room. if I knew, I would’ve booked a regular room and saved my money…

We were waiting to order drinks on the rooftop on a few occasions as it was unstaffed, but this may of been because the hotel was very quiet during the time of our stay (October). I told the hotel I was planning to propose on the day of our stay and they did nothing which I thought was a bit poor considering the price of the room.

Staff were brilliant. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Location away from centre but felt price reflected this and staff were happy to drop off and collect locally.
Room didn't have kettle/cups as shown on booking.com website but were quickly provided when I asked for them
We didn't use hotel restaurant as very quiet and no atmosphere (last week of season). Not many other good places to eat locally.

what a gem of hotel! Staff was unbelievable helpful. Mena the receptionist was excellent with local information. Maria the breakfast server was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
only downside is the walking if you were had mobility problems, but there’s is the option for a taxi provided by hotel

Lovely buffet breakfast, wonderful, helpful staff, offered us a shuttle ride to and from the train. Great rooftop patio with small pool and a great view. Liked the small town of Vico Equense and found good restaurants there.
Be prepared for a walk up a good sized hill after dinner out in town, or take a taxi. Not many driving tours go out of Vico. We had to train to sorrento to take an amalfi coast tour.

The property is lovely and the Sky Bar makes it more special.
The walk up the hill although they do offer a shuttle service. The walk is necessary to get the beautiful views.

Where should I start? Very good location, beautiful and well maintened building, clean sheets, clean bathroom, comfy bed, fantastic breakfast all this accompanied by the nicest people, the staff. Very attentive and polite, it was just perfect! The rooftop restaurant has amazing food, wines, and the view is just … beautiful!

We loved everything! All the employees at the hotel are helpful and pleasant, made sure we were satisfied with the room, the food and gave us recommendations for trips in the area. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, the rooftop bar is perfect and overlooks the sea and the sunset, we had a pleasant dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Thanks for everything! especially thanks to Mario for his kindness.

The hotel was perfect, very modern and clean and staff were very friendly/helpful. Roof bar/terrace and swimming pool exceeded expectations with good service and beautiful city/sea/sunset views. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area and will be back hopefully!

Perfect location for experiencing everything the coast has to offer. Vico Equense is a smaller city approx. 7km before Sorrento and it was a perfect starting point. Several Michelin star restaurants nearby. Will also definately recommend the beach club at Capo la Gala (5 minute drive).
