Die Unterkunft war von der Lage für meine Bedürfnisse super. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und alles ist da! Wirklich alles!

The whole apartment and bathroom is clean. A nice convenient location, and a very quiet area. Bed is very comfortable.
The WiFi Internet connection is absolutely horrendous. It may as well been dial-up internet from 1999 it was so slow and inconsistent. Quite unbelievable how WiFi can be so bad in a modern apartment.

spacious apartment. bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Actually had a good sized tv, which was nice.
the wall oil heat doesn’t actually heat the apartment. It was soooo cold in the apartment I didn’t even have to use the refrigerator to get my drinks cold.
The blankets on the bed were incredibly thin. They were summer blankets. And with the heat barely adding any heat the apartment, it was difficult to get warm in bed. There was only one extra blanket available in the apartment, which made the frigid room livable once I bundled up. I had to wear a sweatshirt, sweatpants, and socks to bed to stay warm under the two blankets.
Moat of the candles provided didn’t actually have a working wick, so they were unusable. The lighter for the candles was out of gas. Little things like this make a hotel show that they care and check the small things for their guests. But this hotel didn’t check.

nothing negative just a recommendation… put a small shelf inside the shower for shower gel and shampoo.
The fridge is a bit noisy.

A fabulous little get away location in a beautiful town and lovely apartments. I have had the pleasure of staying in two of the three of these very quaint, quiet and very comfortable apartments. The housekeeper is most informative, very kind and courteous. A very pet friendly and wonderful place to stay. The owners are very easy to work with and are very kind and most helpful and responsive if you need anything while you are at their apartments. Apartments are equipped with everything you need in a apartment.

Location was excellent.... out of the way, but not too far. Room was quite, despite overlooking a road. Finishing touches were plenty, and made for a comfortable, familiar room. Design took advantage of the old nature of the structure, and brought out the charm in the room. Accommodation for parking my motorcycle in a covered area was an added bonus.
Had just a tad bit of problem locating the entry door --- there were so many to pick from on two different streets --- but once found, it was dead easy to secure the keys, get to my room (which was marked with my name), and settle in.

Landhaus Grinnerhof provided the comforts of home. Room was very clean, nicely furnished, with small seating area & TV, comfortable bed & bedding, good size bathroom with shower and tub. The kitchen amenities included, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies and a small fridge to fill most needs. A small dinning room table was available and cozy. Overall I found my stay to be peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for making my stay a memorable experience.
I would recommend a small microwave to heat up small microwave meals. Some of the light bulbs need replacing.
