It was good enough for the price, location ok. Clean room but a bit dated.

No isolation, to many noises from outside and the hall.

1) I liked the location which was very close to Union metro station. 2) There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel which is very good if you want to purchase anything.

1) I booked a King size bed but they gave me a queen size bed. When I complained they said that's the only bed they have available for every guest. 2) There was no breakfast for me. When I asked they told me if I book through booking.com then breakfast is not included. Should have booked through another website. 3) Cleanliness was just OK. 4) Toiletries were not provided. I've been to Dubai 5-6 times and this is the only hotel where there was no brush and paste given to me. Shampoo and body-wash were provided. 5) Water is chargeable. 10 AED per 1L bottle. The store outside gave 1.5L x 6 bottles for 6 AED. Atleast be reasonable. 6) The TV was not in a working condition. I called the mechanic who came and he didn't understand English. He told me to wait and left and never came back. There was a specific time for the mechanic but I was not available during those times of the day as I was there for business. 7) Some furniture was broken and a couple of lights were not in a working condition.

Tight rooms and smelled

I recently had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Deira, a budget-friendly hotel located in the heart of Deira, one of the oldest parts of Dubai. Despite being a low-cost option, I found my experience to be quite satisfactory. The hotel's location is a definite highlight, with the metro and bus stations just a 2-minute walk away. This convenience made it incredibly easy for me to explore the vibrant city without any transportation hassles, which was a big plus. Comfort Inn Deira offers a no-frills experience, focusing on practicality and affordability rather than excessive opulence. It's a good choice for those looking for an economy class hotel that provides the essentials without breaking the bank. I appreciated the daily room cleaning service, ensuring a neat and tidy space throughout my stay. While the double room size could be more spacious, it wasn't a major issue for me, considering the overall value offered by Comfort Inn Deira. In conclusion, if you're looking for a low-cost hotel in a central location with easy access to transportation, I highly recommend Comfort Inn Deira. It's a practical and budget-friendly option that served my needs well during my time in Dubai.

LOCATION IS VERY MUCH NEAR TO METRO STATION

This is my second visit to this hotel, the last time I was two months ago. Just like last time, it's the same now: Great place! Great location! Great hotel! The room: Clean, organized, bed is so comfortable, good Wi-Fi, well-equipped. Two-word description: Ultra-excellent! The hotel team: High-level responsibility, great communication, exceptional help and support from their side. Two-word description: Ultra-premium! I had a good sleep in this hotel and I enjoyed my one day a lot (the same as the previous week's stay, two months ago). Recommendation: Highly recommend.
