1. The building itself looks like old house, but with modern renovation. 2. Apartments have convenient kitchen, comfort bed and space bathroom. 3. Staff is very friendly and helping with any requests, i.e. they can give you if you need hair dryer, iron and so on. 4. Good location: food and clothes market 3 mins from apartments, several supermarkets within 5-10 mins by walk, 30 mins by walk to city center.

1. No microwave oven. 2. No hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom. 3. No tea, salt or sugar in the kitchen. 4. Room cleaning was once per 2-3 days. 5. Linens are not the new and have some holes. 6. Some problems with TV cable, it was not working. 7. Poor internet connection, especially in the evening: you cannot make a call through internet (i.e. Viber or Telegram).
