Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained and a lovely view of the ocean, at least from our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The buffet style dinner was fair to good, depending on the selection. There was certainly something for everyone’s personal taste. While we did not use the swimming pools, they were inviting and appeared to be clean.

The mattress on the bed was past its prime, with a dip in the middle. It definitely needed to be replaced.

Some visitors cannot behave after the slide is closed.. But thats not the resorts problem. Some of staff not speak any word in english.

They lie about the facilities. The beach has no facilities, you need to walk more than 10 mins until you reach the sun beds and you need to pay as they are not from the hotel. They put loads of pictures with sun beds and umbrellas on the beach from all the beach bars nearby but none of them are theirs. At the pool there are 3 or 4 rows of sun beds that are one next to the other, 10 or more sun beds so no privacy and no space to walk between them.

We had a terrible smell in the room and the staff did not fix it all the 3 nights we were there. Only on the last night near midnight they affered to move us to a diferent room - but it was pointless knowing we leave next morning. We expected to fix it ASAP as we reported the problem. Instead, it was not fixed or reported to next shft. And they did not do anything untill i came to beg them. Then when it was the last night - at midnight offered to change. They should have at least compensated us with the payment / meals. But theye did not offer that either. That is too bad, because other than that it is a very nice resort.

That's our second time staying at this hotel and I couldn't fault it. The rooms are nice and spacious and the food is fantastic there is something on the menu for everyone. Staff lovely and friendly would definitely recommend it. I would stay there again. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is you are a bit away from the center but plenty of taxi's around.

Large hotel complex perfect for families, good food from the buffet restaurant, very clean premises, brand-new hotel, beach 5 mins walking and not too busy, nice acquapark, excellent value for money. On site supermarket and handy well equipped kitchen in the apartment room with excellent air conditioning.. Hotel located in Sveti Vlas, a calm family resort not busy and noisy like Sunny beach.

The room apartment was brand-new, however the bathroom and the beds were not up to a 4 stars hotel standard. Rather 3 stars due to cheap materials and furniture.

We had a lovely week here with our three small children. The staff were wonderful, the food and facilities were great and the rooms and resort was very clean and well maintained.

Check in and check out we’re super quick- took 5 min each, well done to the reception. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. There are nice activities for children. My suggestion is to make guests aware of those activities, as no one told as, we heard by chance from guests around the pool.

It was quite noisy, as some people weren’t considering other guests. During our last night the person upstairs was so drunk and kept falling and speaking loud during the whole night and we couldn’t sleep at all. Pillows were not the most comfortable ones.

When booking we were checking the reviews and those were great and we were not disappointed.. Positives: 1. Food in the restaurant is the best we've ever eaten in Sunny Beach! Very tasty and with many varieties! The staff there is good and caring. Restaurant manager (the man with the glasses) is really great person and always smiley! He is also helping sometimes as if he was a waiter as well! Amazing! 2. Great and friendly staff and Entertainment team overall! 3. Pools and slides are good. 4. Great location and located in a quiet area.

The only small negatives are maybe those: 1. Our room was 371 - Bathroom's tap (the hot and cold metallic water supplier) could not be set easy. It literally takes 2-3 minutes if you need to set for a kid (using not that strong pressure). For an adult to set it was maximum a minute, but still far from a perfect. If this is let's say handable, then the next thing is a bit more to worry about - Once the water temperature is set well in order to have a shower (doesn't matter for a kid or an adult), the part of the hot water's pipe which is visible is burning your skin if you accidentally touch it. It is a big minus and I got burned twice and my kid once. It feels as if it is 100 degrees or more :( 2. Pools little blocks are falling at some places inside the pools and also at some places next to the kids' pool are broken or moving and not the best for the kids. Maybe those need to be checked and repaired, however overall pools are fine and the slides are great! 3. Maybe entertainment team deserves a back stage(even if a small one) because they are good and working hard, but always on the sun which is not the best(talking as experienced in Entertainment). 4. Sofa bed was not very good and was going down and was curved. Overall we would go back next year! :)
