Super friendly host and absolutely helpful staff, total tranquility to clean up the brain. A hidden gem of Itamambuca. Been there so many times, but the first time here, and immediately fell in love with the place :)

Café da manhã excelente, com mesa de frutas, ovos mexidos feito na hora, só pedir, variedades de sucos, tem uma chapa pra esquentar o pão. Ambiente arejado.
Fui em um final de semana que estava chovendo, as ruas na vila da pousada é de terra, prejudicando um pouco a locomoção, porém é algo da vila e não da pousada em si. Em tempos de sol acredito que seja tranquilo transitar pela região.

I absolutely loved my time at do dado. I stayed for 5 nights in March 2023. Everything was lovely, from relaxing in the hammock (provided) on my porch, to the large and delicious fresh breakfast every morning. My room was cleaned to perfection daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, quiet, and has beautiful flora to enjoy. Nice beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for guest use.
I do recommend having a rental car when staying at this property, as there are few businesses within close walking distance and you would need to cross a river walking (10-15 minutes) to reach the closest beach of Itamambuca. Ubatuba is a 15-20 minutes drive. Definitely visit Prumirim island for the day, it was my favorite beach! (must pay a small boat to take you)

Great place to stay at Itamambuca. It is on the other side of the river from the surfing beach, but it is possible to cross the river by foot, so not necessary to drive car around. It is about 15 minutes walk from pousada to the beach. In 5-10-minutes wlak there are several good options for food.
Pousada is very cozy, wifi is good, air condition is modern, breakfast is great. Higlhy recommended.

The staff is very friendly and even in a difficult situation that i encountered they were more than helpful.
The pousada's location is excellent, near all the best Ubatuba beaches.

The property had a good location and it was possible to walk to the beach Itamambuca and Praia do Alto, both good beaches. The staff was super friendly and helpful all time. They cleaned the room every day and the property is safe and family-friendly. The room had sufficient beds to accommodate a family of 6 people,
