The stay was excellent, the room was amazing.

The breakfast and dinner meals filled up too fast, this is very disappointing as it caused a lot of stress.

I don’t think I can say anything positive about this place.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. The room was all black and properly clean. I was really excited about the private Onsen in my room but the water was too hot and I couldn’t use it so I had to go use the public bath. The price I paid was incredible high for what I got. Honestly I will never stay here again. This hotel looks so good in the pictures but in reality is so old, dark, depressing and a bit far from the Center. In my opinion, not worth it. The staff, to be honest, they just provided a basic service. Not bad service, but not an exceptional service. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family.

I liked the private open-air bath.

The design is very cool, elegant modern Japanese. It's fun to have the pool table, and the extra little services like welcome drinks and marshmallows to toast. The outdoor bath in the 2nd floor bathroom was good, satisfyingly hot and comfortable. And it's very nice being able to watch the sunset from the rooftop bath.

Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby, not the rooms.

The in-room hot spring on deck had rotten wood on floor and wood broke under my foot while getting in tub. Also a lot of rotten wood in tub. They didn’t give me a new room. The “ocean view” I reserved was barely visible between a factory and another hotel. Ocean view should not be advertised for the 3rd floor room I reserved.
