Great little condo for a ski getaway. The condo has everything you need. We were worried about on street parking, but didn't have any trouble. There was always a space available. We will book there again!

Great property for what we needed. Spacious even though a studio. Host cheked in numerous times prior to checking in and up until it to make sure all was good. We really appricuated that. Thanks for the stay!

Nice top floor condo in a well maintained building. Had everything we would have needed for a longer stay but we just stayed overnight. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but overall a great place to stay in Kellogg and cheaper than the nearby resort. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet place close to ski resort.

I really like the place. Very clean and has everything the only thing the coffee maker did not work and no instructions on how to use the dishwasher.

Cute unit with beautiful view
The unit is a small studio but was perfect for my son and I for a long weekend. I found some things on the floor left behind by prior renters which made me concerned about cleanliness but other than this it seemed very clean and comfy. The only drawback was the difficult parking. A couple times I had to park about two blocks away. The balcony view is so nice!

It is situated in the heart of Kellogg, so it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Silver Mountain gondola, but I enjoyed the walk through town each morning. The view off the balcony was great and overlooks the entire town. Sam is an excellent owner and had great communication throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again.

Affordable and comfortable efficiency apartment in the hear to Kellogg, ID
This unit was perfect for our extended stay in Kellogg, ID. The TV did not work and the resort could not help because it is a vrbo rental, but other than that it was nice.

Stayed for a weekend with 2 small children while visiting family. Super clean, game room, hot tub (which my kids were too young for, BUT there is a jetted tub which we had a blast with), playpen, cot, and high chair.
Warning, stairs to the coded door to enter the building which was a little challenging for the suitcases.

Cozy
Everything was great! Make sure and get all information on codes, and etc. Internet connection is very weak in area, for Verizon. Otherwise super great location, cozy and clean.

driveway
The only drawback with this property for me is that the physical walk up the driveway is very steep and very slick in the winter. I wished there were a handrail.
Obviously not a problem at all in the months without snow!
Still it is a great little place.

Quiet complex!
This condo is very clean, quiet and relaxing. The only negatives are that the parking is limited to street parking with very few spots available. The only other negative is that the fireplace that’s in the photo of the room is not a working fireplace. I must say though that Sam was willing to work with us regarding the fireplace if we wanted. It wasn’t a must for us & we chose to stay, just a little disappointing. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves back in Kellog!

This unit does not have a dedicated parking space, so parking is on the street, which I was a bit concerned about. But it ended up being no problem. I would stay there again.

Great property.....beautiful view
Beautiful view and great condo. Make sure to get there in the daylight. We had some trouble finding the post with the keypad as we arrived in the dark. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely rebook on our next visit.

The room was nice, but the wifi and TV were lacking. Other wise the stay was great.

Cozy place to stay
Great little place. comfy and cozy. Has everything you need. But DO NOT use the washer and dryer unless you want your clothes shrunk. Owner said “it doesn’t work very well”. I took that as doesn’t clean that great. But no, it will ruin your clothes. Other than that great place. Kitchen well stocked, bed was good. Overall it was a good stay. Enjoy!

Property was clean and in good condition. Property owner was helpful and worked with us promptly. Only complaint is with the shared resort facilities. Fireplace, sauna and other items did not work. Overall, a good experience

Stayed in Kellog so I could ride the Hiawatha trail. The condo is very clean & comfortable & small as advertised. Very good for a couple of days

Fanatastic property
Very clean. Exactly like the pictures. Had everything I needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Would definitely rent again. Sam was awesome and answered all my questions immediately.
