There were a number of things that let the property down. Before we arrived I made 5 telephone calls, including left messages in an attempt to speak the owner in advance of our arrival.
One wardrobe was full of bedding leaving no hanging space.
Personal items i.e.Christmas decorations were left around the apartment.
Most of the dinner plates were damaged, also some mugs were cracked though there was a large dishwasher there was insufficient crockery to fill it.
We were warned there was a problem with the hot water; there was not enough water for 4 people to shower first thing in the morning.
By comparison with other apartments we've stayed in this year, this property seemed overpriced.
