Convenient location, walking distance of main central sights, good wifi, free coffee and water. 24 hour reception, friendly staff. Good value.
Freezing at night and minimal bedding with no spare blanket or heating in room. Shower hot but too much of a dribble to wash hair. Bedside light broken (room 24). All of these issues could easily be resolved. Very thin walls and noise carries, including washing machine or similar on before 7 am, also curtains don't shut out light from hallway.

There was no breakfast provided by the hotel, but that is ok. With the price and location of the property, there is plenty of nearby options for you to choose from. The hotel staff even suggested a couple different breakfast options.
Nothing. Everything has been great I have extended my stay for a fourth time. I really enjoy the property, the area is very safe and convenient to many things. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. I even had one staff member offer to bring a TV from his home, for me to use. For the reason there was multiple things on at the same time I was trying to watch.
