L'appartement est situé à Laguna Del Mar, une petite communauté de condos conviviale avec piscine privée, jacuzzi, barbecue, accès à la plage privée, court de tennis, étang avec fontaine et sécurité 24h.
Notre appartement comprend trois chambres, trois salles de bains, un salon lumineux avec une cuisine ouverte spacieuse entièrement équipée et une grande terrasse pour une vue imprenable sur la mer et le coucher du soleil.
Le salon a un canapé-lit en cuir confortable, une télévision à écran large et une grande table de salle à manger
La chambre principale a de grandes fenêtres donnant sur l'océan, un accès direct à la terrasse et un dressing complet. La salle de bain principale est équipée de deux grands lavabos, d'une douche ouverte et d'une baignoire jacuzzi.
La deuxième chambre comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains et une douche privées et un grand placard. La troisième chambre offre deux lits doubles.
Tous les sols et les murs de la salle de bain sont équipés de marbre premium, et toutes les chambres ont des draps premium et leurs propres télévisions par câble, et WIFI haut débit gratuit.

Great location close to everything! Property was clean, comfortable and ready when we arrived. Yuri the property manager was very responsive to our travel arrangements and anything we needed. I highly recommend.

The space itself is perfect. Lovely large rental with a pond full of turtles and ducks, a fitness center and security. It has a private beach which would be great if you’re keeping track of little kids or just want privacy but it keeps you isolated from the main beach, you’ll have to walk ten minutes along a very busy street to get there.

We can’t say enough positive things about this vacation. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The appliances in the kitchen are wonderful. The view from the living room and master bedroom are out of this world. The beach is steps away. There are some rocks in the water but we just used rafts and floated right past them. The water is crystal clear. We felt safe and most importantly it’s walkable to delicious restaurants and stores. Hated to leave this wonderful island.

We had an amazing time at this property. It has a beautiful beach right out front. The property was well kept and it was nice to play on the beach in the morning hours and then head to the pool in the heat of the day. Great snorkeling nearby.

The property and manager, Yuri, were outstanding. Everything we needed was included and Yuri was there to help with any questions and assistance from check in. Great location and very clean. The view was amazing from the patio and master bedroom. The beds slept great, bathrooms were spacious and everyone in my family absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time as a family of 7 staying at this condo. We love the location and the layout of the condo is perfect. The views are amazing and the easy access to the beach, pool, tennis court etc. are all very convenient. The property manager is great to work with and very responsive. We highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again in the future!

The unit was super clean and well appointed with the exception of the living room couch which was worn out and the lack of lamps in the living room which was odd.
The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
The big negative was the depth of beach which was washed out in 2022 so there was no access to the main 7 mile beach to walk without wading behind 3 sea walls.
There is still a beach and a pool but limited access to the best part of 7 mile beach.

This property was on a stretch of the beach that is a little quieter - which we loved. We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and we got to watch wonderful sunsets every night. A fabulous trip!

Fantastic Condo in the Caymans
The Seven Mile Beach condo at Laguna del Mar was so nice and is so large. I went with my two girls in college and we loved the location, the view, balcony and kitchen. We love being in short walking distance to the Marriott and other spots for meals and drinks when we didn't want to cook. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The property manager was so quick to respond to questions and help and was very nice. This is our second stay at Laguna del Mar condos and we will definitely be coming back again.

Your property is absolutely gorgeous! Your property manager Yuri was very helpful when we arrived. The apartment has gorgeous views, and is right on the sand. It is very convenient when traveling with an infant cause you can go up and down to the beach in a beat. Very nice that is walking distance to Camana Bay and other stores nearby. However, it is a huge downside the rocks that are immediately in front of the building. We either had to walk to the right near governor’s beach which is public or went to the left near the Marriott. Maybe twice the ocean was very calm and you could spot the rocks and kind of evade them. Other than that, which is a big issue cause it’s dangerous the property itself is amazing. We had an amazing time with our children and grandson making memories. This was our fifth time going to Cayman and for sure we will go back! Thank you very much.

Awesome stay on SMB
This is a great unit with a location that is difficult to beat, right on the beach and close to a great range of bars and restaurants in the SMB corridor. The unit is a little tired in places, but these are minor points and do not detract from the overall high quality of the property and the great facilities on offer within Laguna del Mar. We had an awesome stay and would definitely return!

50th Birthday stay on 7 mile beach
Stayed there with 2 families. Everything was great. The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped. The location and beach are perfect. Check-in and property manager were great.

The condo is exactly as described it was perfect for our family of 7 . Location is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and sounds. Beachfront Luxury
Nice oceanfront property with lots of windows to enjoy views of the ocean. Having an elevator very convenient for getting luggage /scuba diving equipment upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs for guests. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing time at Laguna Del Mar
Perfect property and location for our girls long weekend. The unit is beautiful and clean. The tennis court, gym & pool were an added bonus. Great restaurants in walking distance. The beach is smaller than the rest of Seven Mile beach and there are some rocks, but it is quiet and beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous view, fantastic property, great location!
The property is beautiful and clean and the furnishings are lovely. The view from the property is phenomenal. As everyone else has said (and we agree), it is in a perfect location - close to plenty of restaurants and water sports rentals. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the Marriott for drinks and to hear music... and then being able to wander back to our own perfect and quiet beach. The condo is well stocked with toiletry items and we appreciated the pool noodles and floats.
I made one request while I was there (just a dustpan as the vacuum doesn't get up all of the sand it is so fine) and the owner showed up within 20 minutes with one - wow! Also, the owner was willing to work with me on a late checkout and also offered a good rate when our flight was cancelled (although we ended up being put up by the airline). We appreciated the great service and responsiveness!
Unfortunately, due to erosion the beach isn't as wide as what you see in the pictures; however, there is still plenty of beach. Also, just as an fyi there are some rocks as you enter into the water so you might want to take water shoes. They weren't difficult to navigate and there are no sea urchins, etc. so it is safe to navigate them barefoot... it just might be easier to have water shoes (although we went without).
We would not hesitate to stay here again - between the beautiful property and amazing view we had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful property, perfect location!!
You can’t go wrong staying here. Everything about the place was perfect. The condo is super clean and has everything you need for a home away from home feel. The location can’t be beat. The private beach was quiet but if you wanted a little more activity it is a 2 minute walk or swim to the Marriott. The kids enjoyed going over to the Marriott to do some additional snorkeling but you can do that in front of the condo area as well.
The only very small suggestion I would have since it does have 3 bedrooms and some families are traveling with children is to maybe add locks on the bedrooms.
We will definitely be back here- a beautiful condo perfectly decorated with an amazing view of Seven Mile.

Exceptional location and accommodations
This property was perfect for our family of 6. The unit was just as featured online - even better. It was well equipped with modern and clean furniture and fixtures. The location was outstanding - beach only steps outside of our door was perfect. Water is crystal clear and surf and depth of sea manageable for younger children. The pool are was nice but we didn’t use it much because the ocean was too handy and inviting. We cooked in often because the kitchen set up was so good and grocery was nearby. Many exceptional restaurants are within walking or short drive away. I would definitely recommend this location and we plan to come back!
