Both Jane and Andy the owners, were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with all that you could wish for. Breakfast was ready at our chosen time, we had a door key to enable us to come and go as we needed. We were welcomed into their home which was so lovely.

Hosts were friendly, breakfast was excellent, the room was large and comfortable and quiet. Parking was just outside the door.

The walk to town center was relatively long and difficult for someone suffering from plantar fasciitis.

Both the room and the bathroom were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. You can really spread out so this would be a great place for a longer stay in Padstow. The breakfast was also very good, but I would have preferred not to have breakfast in the room.

The house is located right at one end of Padstow so it is a bit of a trek if you are tired after a hike. On the other hand, there are beautiful views of the estuary very near by.

The room was very comfortable and very clean.The bedroom and bathroom had ample space for us. It was a very calming and relaxing room. There was ample parking.

It was not the best of welcomes. We felt like naughty children who needed to be told all the rules before we entered the house. We have never experienced anything like it! It was bizarre. It was clear we were intended to stay in our rooms, and collect milk and breakfast which was laid out on trays, from a utility room by the door. The hosts were abiding by strict Covid regulations so masks were worn ( no issues) but we had to eat a basic breakfast on our bed! We weren’t thrilled with this arrangement, as Covid regulations were relaxed many months ago. We have stayed at many establishments before and never had such a welcome or experience. Our departure was much more friendly as Jane chatted to us .

The hosts were really lovely and accomodating made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. We definitely recommend and will return.

tight covid restrictions and meals in the bedroom without anywhere to sit felt a bit restrictive. the check out times on Booking.com are different and 09:30 is very early especially when check in is so late too.

Check in was informative and straightforward. Good choice of breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and both rooms were exceptionally clean and well presented.

Separate shampoo and conditioner would have been really useful. Combined hair and body wash was provided in a small bottle.

Room was bright, spacious, spotless and modern. A 20 minute undulating walk into Padstow - not for the unfit… Room was lovely and quiet. Host was knowledgable about local area and willing to share suggestions.

Owner is very very COVID conscious meaning breakfast options were limited and served via socially distant tray service. Masks were to be worn in all public areas.

The location was great just a gentle stroll and you are in the centre of Padstow. The hotel was exceptionally clean and Jane and Andy were outstanding hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Andy’s bacon and egg roll was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Nothing apart from weather which let us down on one day

Fantastic B&B in a good location within walking distance to harbour. Lovely comfortable room, peaceful location, spotlessly clean with Expresso coffee machine and tea making facilities. Breakfast was served to your room on a tray due to restrictions which was very nice as it meant you didn’t have to get up and dressed and could relax and enjoy breakfast in bed. Helpful hosts easily contactable if you required anything and measures in place to keep everything Covid friendly.
