Nice, quiet neighborhood. Seamless check-in process. Great communication with Ron and Pilar. I appreciated having my small pups with me and the lovely walking trails nearby.

This rental property feels very private and has excellent access to Rio Rancho and the surrounding community. We loved walking on the neighborhood trails and appreciated how peaceful the area feels. Ron and Pilar were very kind and eager to provide ideas and support.

We enjoyed our stay with the Beall family. They were super hosts, and the walking trails for our dog were great as well!

This rental is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area and is quiet and secure. Would rent again.

This was a wonderfully smooth stay. Great communication with the host for an easy check in. This is a private little unit that was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs while visiting family in Albuquerque. I will definitely stay here again!

Ron and Pilar are excellent hosts - so thankful to have found their casita! I booked this stay for my parents and they were so comfortable. It was equipped with all their needs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and scenic with Sandia views! Really appreciated the kind hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts. Definitely recommend!

The hosts (Ron and his wife) were very kind. The process was easy, communication great. Nice area of Rio Rancho with nearby trail. Beautiful views on trail walks. Lots of traffic to get to downtown on weekdays but less on weekends. Only wish was that the unit had central air conditioning. We took our small dog and he is used to 75* inside. Since the instructions were to turn off the swamp cooler when we left the inside temperature got up to 80’ on two days. I’m sure our dog just laid on the floor. We left the ceiling fan on to circulate air in the dinning room and the heat is dry so our dog seemed to not mind the warmer environment. We recommend this unit for couples.

This place is perfect if you are bringing your dogs and want to stay in a great location in Rio Rancho. Ron and Pilar were excellent hosts, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. We appreciated the complete amenities this casita offered. We would certainly stay here again.

Ron and Pilar were awesome hosts. They space was perfect for us and having the ability to bring our little dog with us made for a great trip. We had everything we needed and our hosts were so helpful and kind. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We will be making this our place to stay in the coming visits for sure! Ron was very prompt to answer any question and check in was a breeze. Place was smaller than expected but worked well for 2 people. No complaints.

We stopped here on our way out to Colorado and it was the perfect location and the hosts were amazing.

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a couple of bumps on the first night of the stay but Ron was very quick to make things right and keep us comfortable! Fantastic host! We would definitely stay again!
