Breakfast was good standard for 4 star hotel. Friendly and helpful lobby staff.

Well overpriced for the location and standard of the resort. Dated facility with poorly maintained grounds. Beach is rock at low tide and not really swimmable at high . However above the high water sand is white and clean Single beds were small in twin room. Lack off bathroom supplies. No walk-in shower. Pool bar shuts down very early,an hour before sunset with 10 people still trying to buy food or drinks. Cant access pool or gym before 7 am No or very limited seating in lobby Food and drinks prices very very expensive for standard of hotel and quality of facility. No shade over children’s play equipment.

Old style large rooms, very clean. Staff were great and there are lots of activities if you’re interested ! It had a relaxed and friendly vibe, very low key which was great for relaxation.

Facilities are a little old and tired- due for a refresh. Breakfast buffet needed more variety. More pool lounges would have been good too.

Nothing really, altho' the beach could be cleaned up a bit. There's no point in sweeping the seaweed off the beach if all the plastic bottles, etc is allowed to wash in on the tide every day, and remain on the beach when the tide recedes.

facilites is so poor. There is not providing Pajamas, fridge which are standard facilities of resort. Even the tooth brush, we have to request from reception.

The beach has been spoilt by oil tar and plastic. We understand it is not the hotels fault however they could clean the beach and dispose of the waste in a more constructed way. It is such a shame that a buitiful beach has been damaged and spoilt.

Like the beach and the overall place was calm and peaceful. Nice breakfast.

Felt a bit expensive. Even a bottle of water would cost you around 6 SGD. Low on value for money.

Lots of Mosquitoes everywhere. room and facilities are under maintained or main ones are closed eg Fitness studio, bowling, billiards, games. You only get to know these from the Guest Relation Office when u reach there. Spa room does not come with en-suite bath. Boring breakfast. Restaurants are pricy, but only serving below average food. Room at level 1 is noisy, can Hera foot steps and staff pushing carts around throughout night.
