Eu tive a pior experiencia da minha vida!!!! Nunca me senti tao humilhada, paguei um suite casal super luxo, me colocaram num quarto caindo os pedaços, portas do banheiro despencando, tomadas na cabeceira da cama, digo no meio da cama sem o espelho de proteção, só o buraco!!!! duas camas de solteiro acopladas com um espaço no meio!!! e por fim sem direito a cafe da manha!!! agora me diz como vc paga uma diária de 307,00 que não tem direito a cafe? Sai de la arrasada, me mudei de hotel e pedi meu dinheiro de volta.. e para nunca mais passar na porta, sem contar que fui discriminada desde da hora do chekim!!!! cafe da manha ruim, revoltante!!!!

Não tem o que gostar daquele lugar!!! Parece um pardieiro!!! as fotos do site uma enganação!! eu contratei hotel e não foi flat e me jogaram num flat caindo os pedaços. REVOLTADA, SAI DE LA CHORANDO, CONSEGUIRAM ESTRAGAR MINHA VIAGEM, PARA NUNCA MAIS PISAR NA PORTA DAQUELE LUGAR.

Localização maravilhosa! Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, quarto amplo e limpo.

Os banheiros tem muita marca de sujeira na área da cerâmica do box. Poderia colocar alvejante, sanitária.

The room service was disappointing but the breakfast was good and very generous. The server at the breakfast room was nice and very pleasant.

The room service was a joke. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 deserters one of the desert was an ice cream and we received completely melted. They took too long to deliver someone called me and they were trying to deliver to the wrong apartment 🙄 I told him he got the number wrong he said that I gave him wrong info. I think they should have checked the food once they have everything back at the restaurant in order to resend to the room but that didn't happen and we had awful food.

Breakfast was good, reception staf were good, location was good.

The restaurant manager was rude, Instructed staff to clear tables while we were still eating and finishing my beer.
