Indoor pool & facilities were great. Excellent breakfast, good food at the restuarant. Staff went out of their way to make us feel well.

Lengthy check out process, mostly due to cumbersome local regulations that stil require paper receipts and signatures.

It has a beautiful park, with lounge chairs and an outdoor swimming pool, the staff is helpful and the room is pretty large and comfortable. Good food (except for the red velvet cake, please if you don't know how to make it just take it off the menu).

Breakfast not included (apparently because we booked through booking.com and not the hotel's website). Spa limited to 50 minutes per night of stay and only 5 minutes of jacuzzi time, which you have to negotiate with other guests, letting them know when their time is up (not nice as no one follows the five minute rule). Awful, loud music, all day long in every restaurant, bar and every square meter of the park. Very loud air conditioning system inside the room and finally truly noisy when opening the window since our room overlooked the highway.

It was nice and relaxing made use of gym and pool regularly

The facilities were pretty good, the overall price of the room was expensive and in need of modernisation. We were also asked to pay for the room 3 times...surely the payment is recorded somewhere. Fortunately we had the receipt so no harm done. A bit more organisation wouldn't go a miss
