the location is so far good and not to noisy and comfortable
the room for 2 pax is to small,

Quite clean & quiet (mainly because occupancy not high). Got water purifying machine for u to fill up your water bottles..
Bathroom faucet is extremely weird... Room design and amenities is strange and lacking...u need to iron your clothing at walkway... Won't consider them if I ever go back Melaka...

The Air Cond did not function well, it stopped all of a sudden without touching the remote control.
The hotel room telephone did not function.
The wifi was extremely slow.

I ask for room with window facing outside environment...but they give me room with no window at all .. the soap dispenser cannot use.. the kettle a bit dirty.. the lighting is yellowish...

The staff very helpful and friendly. The room very clean. Breakfast very nice and delicious. Really love Queenspark Lovita Hotel. Will come again!!

The rooms was OK and the bathroom conditions have been excellent
The service was not up to standard, check in requested earlier, they refused and asked us to wait for 40 mins till 2pm to check in..
