Location. Ambience and outside impression was good.
Bathrooms not properly maintained. There was no hot water. Sound proofing is zero.

The area of the hotel was very quiet. The shower was very good, lots of hot water and good pressure.
The hotel has a restaurant, I didn't use it, but from 11pm until past midnight, you could them cleaning up the restaurant, the banging of dishes, and shouting down the corridor, this happened on all the nights.
The bedding was not very clean, and already had some hairs on it.

Room was small but clean.
Restaurant food was cheap and good. We ordered Crispy corn and Chilli chicken worth ₹200.
There was some construction happening during the while we were trying to rest after an exhausting flight travel. It went on for quite some time and super disturbing. We complained at the reception and they told us they will take care of it. However, it took a bit of time for that to stop still. We had to call a couple of more times to ensure. This seems like a one off issue but I think the staff should optimise the time when they can do such construction.
