The apartment had cockroaches, baby lizard and there was a shoe kept in the rack of the kitchen. There was no hot water in one of the bathroom. The power was fluctuating (AC). Overall cleanliness could be improved. The water kettle was rusty and had cockroaches

The staff was responsive

The property is located in a very shady area and did not feel safe. The apartment did not have cutlery, toiletries etc. we had to call them for even getting us a handwash. The appliances like refrigerator also did not work properly. The other visitors were too loud. The experience was so bad that we left at 5 in the morning.

The whole apartment was very comfortable and complete in itself the staff was very helpful I really liked their breakfast services all in all its a total value for your money
