Geweldig mooi uitzicht! Ook vanuit de heerlijk ruime kamer. Relaxte sfeer.
Ontbijt zelf 'maken', maar genoeg ingrediënten aanwezig voor een heerlijk ontbijt.
Super slimme 'lift' om de berg op en af te komen, zodat je aan het eind van je stranddag niet het hele eind naar boven hoeft te lopen.
Contact met de aardige host was erg rommelig, er is niet altijd iemand te vinden als je een vraag hebt. Binnengelopen via de achterkant en na aantal keren roepen kwam er iemand.
Vooruit betaald, dus toen er niemand was na het ontbijt, zijn wij dan ook maar gewoon vertrokken.
Accomodatie ligt in een heel rustige buurt, maar snelweg en spoor wel hoorbaar.
Terras inrichting aan een opknapbeurt toe.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick Richtung Meer. Das Frühstück war gut und auch reichlich.
Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass das Zimmer eher im Untergeschoss liegt. Das Bad hat keine Außenfenster. Die Treppenhausbeleuchtung ist nicht optimal, vor allem, wenn man die letzte Stufe nicht erkennen kann (ein Bewegungsmelder wäre dort sehr angebracht).

Senz'altro il panorama e la tranquillità.
Camera e bagno puliti. Edificio necessità di importanti interventi di manutenzione. Pavimenti esterni fatiscenti con piastrelle rotte o scollate. Giardino abbandonato. Riscaldamento chiesto funzionante in anticipo acceso solo al nostro arrivo. La mattina acceso solo quando ci siamo alzati. Bagno gelato: non sono riuscito a fare la doccia per il freddo. Colazione poverissima: 4 brioches salate e qualche biscottino. Latte buono ma tavola prodotti povera povera. Insomma, 80 non li vale assolutamente. Non ci torno più.

Great location, very easy to access the city (5 min walk to the funicular that goes to the foot of the hill). Pretty views from the common areas, the terrace and dinning area are spacious and overlook the sea. Terrazzo floors, keep the cool temperatures inside the house in summer. Parking is available even for vehicles of big size. Super friendly with dogs and really easygoing for the check in.
Breakfast is a little scarce, although varied. Not possible to stay around after the check-out time.

The view from the terrace was amazing. The 2 people managing the B&B are really friendly. You can park your car inside the B&B. Big and comfortable shower. Dogs are welcome
- Breakfast was good with fresh focaccia, but quantity are very limited. If you arrive after 8.30 you will miss most of it.
- Bathroom was clean and the shower was oversized however it was built on the balcony and you still have the balcony glass door.
- Room is really basic, with very old furniture
- Price is absolutely too high compared to the service offered.
