A great spot right on the Namoi River. Perfect for sharing if you were a group of 2-4 couples. Each room has an ensuite. And well located for exploring Mt Kaputar.

That we had to leave early cos of lockdown!

Only thing I could suggest is a mobile reception booster, otherwise, place couldn't be better

Beautiful property and spot to relax by the riverside. Warm comfortable beds. Loved the horses, farm dogs and emu.

Sleeping rooms are a teeny bit small if you are travelling with lots of stuff (like us) but there are very large common areas with couches and a snuggly fireplace overlooking the river.

Lovely scenic location on the river bank. Welcoming host. The B&B consists of 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite. There is a very large communal living and kitchen area, surrounded by spacious decks with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, all with river views. Close to Mt Kaputar National Park.

Loved the view and the country style house! Also loved the facilities available! We had bbq breakfast and dinners was amazing!

The only thing I would pick is that one of the single beds in the room was lopsided however being so tired I slept through the discomfort apart from that bed everyone else had a very very comfortable bed

Fantastic spot friendly staff and so relaxing to sit and watch the water and so many birds. The accommodation was five star better than the pictures could tell. We will definitely be back.
