I arrived late, after midnight, the young man at the Bistro was there to help me to my room. I can't say enought good things about the pepole, they were top nothc.
The room is not what was pictured. I arrived past midnight, I walked into my room and I was very confused, I felt deceived. After a couple of days, my room "grew" on me and eventually I liked it, but it was not what was pictured when I made the reservation.

Close to the centre. Small but perfectly formed apartment. High ceilings. The kitchen was a plus. Breakfast included in the price.
The front of the building looks scruffy from the one side. No toiletries, shampoo, or shower gel. Thin walls. We could hear people walking in the other apartment from 5 o'clock in the morning, which kept us awake.

it was smelly. some smoker was staying in the room before us and we could smell the stink of smoke around the place.
in the morning after lunch we tried to take a shower and there was no hot water at all. very disappointing.

Big bath.
No shower gel, no shampoo, only hand soap. Only one tower for person, we need 2 at least.

New modern design of the flat
No hot water in the bathroom, after such a long journey with family ( including little child)
To open dishwasher you need to open widely front door and your neighbours can see you loading and unloading dishwasher… very strange! Wall sicken was hanging off the wall next to my daughter bed, with all cables out.
In general the flat need some maintenance work to be done before letting guests in.

Shower wasn't very hot. Some works at the property which will no doubt improve the facilities even further in future.

Easy check in and check out, clean and comfortable close to restaurants and pubs. Fully recommended
All radiators were off and as last night was cold I woke up frozen in the morning. Also tv remote doesn't work and I had to turn it off by unplug.

A very nice room with good facilities in a great location. Keys available from a restaurant across street, but no point being early, available after 3pm only. Great breakfast and easy walking to see the city's impressive old town area. Parking okay for me as there on weekend and therefore free, but available for a fee close to room.
Not much, only one thing and that was a stairwell close to a 2nd entrance door which for a newcomer was a little invisible - nearly hurt myself badly here, as was going down the stairs backwards only saved by grabbing hold of the glass balustrade. There should be some guard across this stairwell (refer photo).

Location and price. Breakfast was very nice and waiter was very good, polite and helpful. Big thank you to this boy.
Pillows was old and damaged, bed wasn’t comfortable. TV doesn’t work. In wall was hole. wardrobe was very small not useful. Fridge dirty, long time wasn’t clean plus rubbish behind desk in one room. This apartment was antisocial place, not rest area to spend time together. I think it could be some work to be done in short future.

Close to town
Small bedroom,
Had to air it for a while ,
Very cold ,not enough blankets or bedding to keep me warm, poor quality pillows ,
Not enough toilet paper
I had to carry very heavy suitcase on the top of stairs,
No lift (I recently had ACL reconstruction), no consideration for families with children or less able clients,
Building incredibly old fashioned, clearly needs refurbishment,
I will avoid it in the future ,

The location is perfect, within walking distance from all the important locations. The rooms are very comfortable and nice.

Good value for money, nice and tidy rooms, everything what you need for the short stay, good location, very close to the heart of the old town and the river side. If you like Indian food and good beer, you must try the curry just a cross the street from your apartment in Warzelnia Piwa, it’s beautiful
