The property is spacious for a family of 4-6 adults
No heater. No washing machine. Both are a must during monsoon season.

Hameed was the best caretaker one can ask for. He took care of all our needs and made the stay pleasant. The property was well maintained and is suitable for families who travel with kids or elders.

The staff (Hameed) was very friendly
There is no heating in the villa and it was too cold inside( colder than outside). Also there were molds on the wall and we all got slight cold due to this.

Approach road, last 40 metre is very hard and difficult to low ground clearance and low cc vehicles

Excellent and affordable stay at Kodaikanal. Very friendly staffs especially the care taker Sabiku Ali. He took good care of us. Thank you Sabiku for fulfilling our requirements that we had during our stay and made us feel so comfortable. I would recommend this property to others for sure, also, Pears tree suits and pears garden king suit.
