Après avoir traversé le joli jardin privé aménagé pour vous permettre de profiter de quelques instants en plein air, vous accéderez au salon de ce Loft, un très grand espace ouvert, qui se caractérise certainement par l'abondance d'éléments décoratifs raffinés et stylés. La cuisine ouverte est magnifiquement insérée dans le contexte elle est moderne et équipée de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner en toute liberté.

En descendant quelques marches, vous atteindrez l'espace détente équipé d'une grande télévision et d'un canapé-lit double. Cet espace se transforme par un simple mouvement en une véritable chambre double, dont l'intimité est garantie grâce à un séparé spécial. Une petite salle de bain, équipée de tout le nécessaire, ferme le premier des deux étages qui composent ce loft.

En montant l'escalier, vous arrivez à l'étage supérieur entièrement dédié à l'espace nuit. La première chambre, spacieuse et très lumineuse grâce à son mur composé de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la cour, est équipée d'un lit double et d'une grande salle de bain privative avec douche, ainsi que d'un immense dressing, capable de la contenir. lui-même les bagages de tous les invités.
La deuxième chambre, plus modeste mais spacieuse et accueillante, contient deux lits simples, tandis que la troisième et dernière chambre à l'étage supérieur est équipée d'un lit double confortable, toujours agrémenté de détails qui donnent de l'importance aux pièces, telles que la table de chevet alternative composée de sections de tronc d'arbre. Enfin, une troisième et grande salle de bain avec baignoire, douche et double vasque complète l'appartement.

Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights. The communication with the host was great and they gave us excellent advice and suggestions. It was clean and spacious. We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. The location was ok and neighborhood was a little sketchy We had to Uber every where which was a cost we weren’t expecting. The beds were like sleeping on boards and the pillows could have knocked someone out bc they were so hard. This was our 3rd time in Italy. If staying in Milano we would recommend staying in a hotel and not a VRBO. VRBO’s our first choice when we travel but is definitely a hotel stay.

This property was wonderful for our family's use. It was close enough to the Green Metro Line M2 (Loreto -> 19 min walk) and the Red Metro Line M1 (Loreto -> 19 min walk and Pasteur ->11 min walk). Nico was very nice and helpful when checking in and when we had a maintenance problem (self-inflicted, not the property's fault). The property was well designed, very stylish, and very comfortable. The WiFi coverage was great and super fast. The available washer/dryer combo was perfect for our large group. Some tips... it may not be listed in VRBO, but this property can offer cribs for those traveling with infants. Also, be sure to ask how to use the AC during check-in... I could not quite figure out how to control it, but the place was always at a comfortable temperature for us. Lastly, the key to the community's main entrance does not work well from the street-facing side, it is better to reach around and use the key to unlock the gate from the inside of the door.

The apartment's 'cooling system' was not airconditioning and did not cool below 27 degrees - this was way too hot. Worse though was the loud banging that occurred every 2.5 minutes for the last three nights. While the manager tried to remedy (it was a faulty water pump) it was not fixed and we could not sleep. i asked for money to be refunded for this time but was not answered. Unacceptable.

Stayed with the group of 8... Property is divine, very modern and very safe, has everything you may need and even more.... but the best part is a private garden. Definitely something to repeat!!! p.s. Nico & Co. are great hosts!!!

The property itself is pretty great! I was traveling with 3 colleagues and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property was also very clean and well appointed. The location is just ok. It is about 10 minutes walking to the central station but over an hour walk to get to the centre. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to rely on uber or public transportation to get around the city. Unfortunately there were a few issues with regard to the host that left a sour taste in my mouth and would make me reluctant to recommend this property or stay here again. 1. The host requires paperwork to be sent prior to arrival. This includes things like passport info, birthdates and citizenship. Not a big deal really but this was not requested by any other host in Italy and took a bit of time to fill out. 2. We stayed at the property for 1 week. I did not hear anything from the host until 11pm the night before our departure. The message was to inquire what time we would be checking out in the morning as they needed to meet us to get the keys and do a walk through. I had already gone to bed when this message came through. Unfortunately I was also unaware that we needed to plan a time to meet and return the keys otherwise I would have set that up in advance. Most places just tell you to leave the keys inside when you check out. I replied to the message at 7am when I woke up only to have another message from the host. They were furious that I had not responded to their message in a timely manner and said they were going to call the police to get us out. I was shocked. When I replied to the message apologizing, it was met with an aggressive attack on how I didn’t communicate properly (I should be the one to reach out), I didn’t fill out the forms properly and I better have the tourist tax ready for payment. I have stayed at dozens of properties around the world as well as host myself in Canada. I have never been treated more poorly by a host ever. I am sure the host will reply to this message and blame me for everything that went wrong. What happened to hospitality? 3. The host charges a tourist tax on top of the stay. This is indicated in the information and did not come as a surprise. I only mention it as all other hosts we stayed with in the country had the tourist tax included in their nightly rate. It is a bit inconvenient as you must have cash on hand to pay them. Bottom line, they don’t make it easy for the guest.
