Close to any area restaurant, market.

The location, easy access with door code, plenty of parking spots, beach chairs and few steps to the beach

Walls were kinda thin, if the AC wasn’t on, we could hear the other units pretty clearly.

The very relaxing atmosphere of Kihei, beach, across the street, w/beautiful sunset. This apartment had everything we needed for our stay 😊

Location was great. This is a “non-upgraded” condo. We had moved from an upgraded condo earlier in the week, and because of the location in the complex, this condo was much more comfortable. It over looks the tennis courts and is very quiet.

Location was excellent. Near town yet not in the heaviest traffic area. Beach and park truly just across the street. Very nice pool area.
View of tennis court wouldn’t have been my first choice. Nice landscaping throughout lessened that disappointment, though.

There was a bed and the doors locked.
The cleanliness was weak. There was some of the amenities listed, but everything as the lowest quality you could get. At the end of the day, there was a bed that didn’t have bed bugs and security in doors that locked when sleeping. Outside of that, I can’t think of any positive things to say about the property at the price point that was paid.

Location was perfect. It’s right across a beach access . You can easily catch the sunrise or the sunset

It would have been ok if it was cheap. I payed over 250$ per night to sleep on a couch with a super noisy AC, insects, and very poor furniture/appliances. All the other accommodations I had in Hawaii were cheaper and really beautiful, so it is not matter of local prices.

Location
The area around behind the bed is very dirty even has dead bugs, when pulling out the sleep on couch there were two pairs of dirty underwear.

Great location, friendly neighbors and comfortable atmosphere.
Checkout time being 11am as our plane leaves at midnight. However that’s not a bad on the rental, would be nice if checkouts were closer to 3pm.

I like the quiet condominium, the location, facilities and clean. Was nice everything
I just don’t give excellent in the comfortable part cause the mattress was too soft and I have backache. The rest was wonderful.
