Limpeza e café da manhã, em especial, excelente!

Achei o quarto muito escuro (luz natural) e hotel com cara de velho, desde a recepção, elevadores, corredores, quarto (em especial o banheiro + chuveiro). Esperava uma academia e não “apenas” esteiras e elíptico, embora excelentes equipamentos.

Atendimento, organização.

Hoje em dia é complicado ficar limitado sem streaming. Senti falta de uma Netflix, YouTube, Apple+… em uma das noites em que estávamos hospedados choveu, e não saímos. Só tinha uns canais para assistirmos com péssima resolução e qualidade de áudio. Pela qualidade do hotel, foi a única coisa que nos decepcionou, pois já ficamos em outros com estrutura menor e smart tv em todos os quartos (algumas até logadas com contas do próprio hotel).

Nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The lobby decor feels very dated.

The staff was very attentive. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey.

Besonders positiv ist der Pool auf der Dachterrasse des 18. Stocks mit Blick über die Copacabana.

The location was great, most of the staff were helpful/friendly and the breakfast was good.

We stayed 6 nights over New Years and understandably paid a premium given the location. However, we didn't expect to be placed in a room half the size advertised and shown in the Booking.com photos. We barely had enough space to put 2 suitcases down. We complained about the size of the room as soon as we arrived and a staff member called Mario told us the hotel was completely booked out and there were no other available rooms. Frustrated, we came down again 1 hour later and were intending to speak to a manager as we felt we were completely mislead when comparing the photos and size of the room to our Booking.com reservation (advertised as 20 sqm, however our room was about 9 sqm - room 302). We didn't end up speaking to the manager, instead a nice staff member (Danielle?) told us there was one room available next door (303) which was slightly bigger. Mario had lied to us for some reason. We ended up taking 303 as it was comfortably bigger, albeit still not the size as advertised on Booking.com. We have never gone out of our way to write a bad review but felt compelled in this case, as assume there will be the same terrible layout on most floors leading to a few disappointed customer. (See fire escape plans attached) In addition to the size of the room, the rooms were very dated, dank, smelled of mould (the shower in 303 doesn't drain so you're constantly standing in old water), the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, and the rooms aren't cleaned properly. There is constant dust/dirt on the floor boards so we ended up wearing socks in the hotel so our feet wouldn't get dirty. Maybe the higher level floors with larger rooms would be a slightly better experience, but i wouldn't risk it at busy times such as New Years and Carnival as you may get stuck with a terrible room with no ability to be moved. However, this was the only letdown of our time in Rio!

Esse hotel é perfeito desde o atendimento, instalações, piscina, tudo!!! Vale muito a pena! Sem contar que a vista é maravilhosa! Amamos nos hospedar e com certeza retornaremos em breve!
