The room was clean though small

No tea or coffee was kept , the room was small for 2 beds. What was shown on booking.com was a more spacious room. It says house 2 but it is basically a small room in a house. the location is away from the main road and bus stop. I was told it will take 30 mintues to the Messe but it is actually 1 hour by bus and train.

Everything was very clean. The room was very comfortable, heating worked properly. Everything you needed was there.

The location was good for the morning (or evening) walks. Serene atmosphere. Good restaurant - food and ambience.

Not near to the city. Grocery was not available nearby. The restaurant was crowded and the staff was not friendly.

Nice quiet location. Very convenient with restaurant on site. Laundry on site was great. For a vacation apartment it had enough toiletries and towels.

They didn't speak a lot of English. We weren't sure how to check-in and where to park while checking in. Very confusing for us. I would have liked more bilingual English signage. Microwave cord could not be plugged in without moving. TV in an awkward location. We had to move furniture around.

My confirmation 2408.007.725. It was good only after changing the apartment which is more like what i had booked. But the room which was assigned to me when i checked-in was not pleasing. My name is Yu Yong Horng (Last name: YU). My stay has been great and i must complement Ms Michalski for her patience to arrange another apartment for me (at 9pm) for the initial room was far less satisfactory and certainly not what i had booked. She took the trouble to ensure i enjoyed my stay and help me switch to the apartment which looks more like 24 sqm for the reservation i had made with Booking.Com. Her friendly approach ease my frustration on the first day of check-in and i had a good sleep on my first night. The changed apartment was clean and comfortable. It is bright and the furnishing was relatively new. The paid hot breakfast was satisfying. Nothing fancy but it meets my basic need for a decent breakfast under the shelter. As i could not speak german, so it was nice that every morning the friendly receptionist ladies helped me to book the taxi with a great smile. There was also a nice italian-like restaurant which serve tasty dinner and also another back yard (where i had my breakfast) dinner place who thai lady chef served a nice Thai chicken curry rice and spring roll. The morning walk by the lake in the cool temperature and calm lake brings great delight for a refreshing start of the day. I would recommend ARNUMAR SEE to my friends if they are looking for a decent place to stay near Hannover Messe.

Booking.Com failed in their basic obligation as the details of the apartment is not what i experienced on the first check-in. And there were many short falls. I felt this was not responsible as a professional and experience hotel booking website. The description of the apartment was misleading. As per my earlier feedback, there was no washing machine in the apartment nor tumble dryer and no iron facility & iron in it which was what i needed for my stay (as i was attending the Interschutz as an official). The initial room was more like a 18 sqm and not the 24 sqm (as illustrated in the confirmation slip) as per booking.com confirmation. . If it this is case, a clear photo illustration to differentiate both the room and apartment would help the guest to decide. Therefore, the first impression was not pleasant. And i had to pay extra for the changed apartment of EURO 284.00 for 4 nights. Just to make my stay more comfortable. I would like to make a claim to refund the EURO 284.00 from Booking.Com.! Please advise how do i go about to make such claims?

Small houses, little Kitchen, TV, bathroom- all you need is in there. Nice outside area, green and beautiful.

Two very small single beds, I”d prefer a double bed.
