I liked everything about this hotel and room. It is super updated, amazing bathroom, an awesome shower, very clean, and the full-size bed and pillows were so comfortable that I did not want to get up. I felt very safe at this hotel and in my room. The staff were so nice and attentive.
I travel with a lot of luggage and it is very heavy luggage. Upon arriving, I was shocked that I had to take each piece of my heavy luggage up about eight stairs. The staff offered to help me with it, but I did not want to put any of my burden on them, so I opted to do it myself. I was helped with a couple of pieces, down the stairs at check out, which I was truly grateful for.

Staff were a bit rude. The aircon was just hot air and honestly it was not cold enough outside.

At arrival we were told that we will be staying in the neighbour hotel and we would get an upgrade to a 4* Hotel. It was really just 40m next door and the hotel was good. The value for money was great! Ideal location to explore the city :)

Comfortable, cosy room with TV and bathroom complete with all of the desired cosmetics in the bathroom. Really good central location near lovely bars and restaurants- but far enough away not to have the noise.

Amazing accomodation, I've never been in such a fancy room, all possible products were there: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap shampoo, towels, everything. Centrally located and very comfortable. I recommend.

We actually got an upgrade to the nearby 4star hotel Colon. We were not charged extra for this upgrade. Amazing hotel. Nice on site restaurant. Location next to the park is very nice: perfect for a morning run, and very lively at night.
It was not clear how the hotel could be reached by car: the street is limited access only (pedestrian street with limited access). More explanation beforehand would be nice.
