Beliggenheden er god, dejlig tæt på alting. Morgenmaden var virkelig god.
Der var ikke særligt rent. Hotellet trænger til en renovering i den grad. Det hele er meget slidt.

Breakfast was great. Continental plus with some cooked items. Opposite a station and only short walk to centre.
We booked a room with 3 single beds. We got given a room with a double and a single. Went to reception to ask for a room change which we eventually got along with a comment from the manager 'as you are here for a week that is ok. Perhaps she should take a lesson from her staff who were excellent.

Flinkt personale.
Gode senge

It was our special days in Copenhagen.
I would really like to many thanks for the early check in and kindly personal .
The location was close to everything and most importantly to the city hall. The view of the city was beautiful especially at night.
Good breakfast ,for early check out we was had lunch box .I recommend this hotel .
Slightly old room with a shabby bathroom.

So we were actually moved to Richmond which is more or less the same hotel and part of same chain 200 metres down the road. The staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful. They'd arranged a late checkout which was very helpful and much appreciated.
The room is quite small, but comfortable and it had a little balcony which was nice.
The breakfast was great with a big selection and you can't fault the location either which makes many attractions walkable.
Cleaning was too early and would come and knock at 9am which meant we missed it twice and didn't get our room cleaned. There was no aircondition but the fan did the job and luckily it wasn't too hot, but can imagine it could get uncomfortable when it's hot outside.
This doesn't mean I wouldn't stay there again as I absolutely would do that!

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We were having a logistical problem when we arrived and they provided every option they could to help us. On other days when everything was going well they were very friendly and helpful also. The breakfast was generous and a large variety of food. The room was clean and serviceable. Copenhagen is an expensive city and this affordable hotel is a good option
Nothing, the hotel room was good value for money

Good breakfast
After booking this hotel, I received an email in which they told me we'll be moved to their sister hotel located just 200 meters from Mercur Hotel... 200 meters as the crow flies I suppose! But we aren't bird and the real distance from the hotel we had chosen is about 1km!
So we don't appreciate the new location
Room is quite nice but the bathroom is very uncomfortable.
And let me say it's the first time we have to store our luggage at our own risk! (No recipe)!!

Walls are paper thin. Avoid if you are a light sleeper or on business (early night, early rise).

We were transferred to the Richmond hotel just up the road, great location and spacious room.
The duvet cover didn’t have button holes so the sheet + duvet kept coming loose.

I liked the service, the breakfast and the location 7min away from the main station. What I didn't like is that we expected a newer hotel and the one we got was a little but dusty. But all fine at the end the stay was quite good !
The change of hotel few days before our arriving not for a better place tho...

Exceptional value for money overall! The facilities were in good condition. The rooms were good enough for sleeping and working and clean. The housekeeping was friendly and professional. Breakfast exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The staff was very professional. The beds were also very nice, on the fluffy side but very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just 3 min from a metro station (Vesterport) and 1 minute from a train station (S tog Vesterport). Also, just minutes away from the Town Hall square and Stroget (the main pedestrian road). Everything (including places to eat, drink and shop, within walking distance). We will stay there next time in CPH for sure.

The lobby and room were nicely decorated and furnished. It was a stylish hotel and there was a communal fridge we could use.
Our room was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 kids as when the bed was pulled out, there was not much room to manouver. The room was also incredibly hot and when we opened the window, in an attempt to cool down, the constant traffic noise kept us awake. I also did not like the left luggage room as it was accessible to other guests.

I don't know how to write this review. They moved our reservation to the nearby Richmond Hotel, which was fine, but you should be aware that ProfitHotels Mercur is currently housing foreign refugees (Ukrainian?) and is not available to be rented by tourists. The hotel did notify us in advance and we did not have any trouble with our reservation when we arrived.
Directions from the train station could be more clear. It would be good to specify that guests should take the train and NOT the metro. We got a bit lost because we took the Metro, knowing that the distance from the airport was short.

We actually booked at ProfilHotels Mercure, but due to overcrowding three weeks before departure we were rebooked at ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza without any problems, nice communication and uncomplicated handling.
The hotel (Copenhagen Plaza) is a bit outdated but the charm and history of the building is worth a visit.
The hotel is very central, right next to the train station and the rooms are very clean. The proximity to the nearby Tivoli is also great, but noise is not a problem.
The breakfast is very good, with a large selection and freshly prepared.
The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating and you feel very welcome as a guest from the very beginning. The bar, which is integrated into the hotel, is also a must. Again, very friendly and accommodating.
