staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. in all areas. rooms are very comfortable and with a good size. location is quite good.
nothing I specifically disliked. I suppose the room service/restaurant could have more options/availability. however, I guess it is understandable during this Covid situation. at least they tried to make it simple and quick, and the region has abundance of delivery options (ifood or uber eats).

Having breakfast and dinner included was a great thing.
The soap was expired and we had the TV stop working 2x, it is an inconvenience having people in the room but the stuff was very kind!

Staff. We have been checked in by Loretta and concierge Wagner. Brilliant team. Comfy bed, room was good. Spacious. Very good breakfast choice and excellent location.
There was no iron or bathrobes in the room. Iron room is on different floor. However it did not bothered us much.
