apesar de ser um hotel de idade é bem confortável e atendeu a minha espectativa de passar uma semana a serviço na região. quarto era espaçoso
o preço sempre é um problema, cnsidero caro apesar de ser um bom preço comparado com os demais, mas avaliando que só utilizo para banho e dormir, não há retorno.

O café da manhã era bom e a equipe era simpática. A localização do hotel também era conveniente.
O custo-benefício é terrível. As camas eram desconfortáveis, a decoração do apartamento era desagradável e os móveis e equipamentos eram antigos. A academia era mínima, nada correspondeu às expectativas se levar em conta a nota atual do Hotel no site.

Good location. Hotel Staff is friendly, especially Ricardo and Lester. Neat and clean hotel. Nice neighborhood. Local market is nearby.
Need to improve breakfast menu items on daily basis. Need to maintain swimming pool area. Need to improve Wi-Fi coverage and speed.

The behaviour of the staff and helpfulness
Property seems old.. coffee maker, slip-on shoes , other complementary items could have been added. A little variation in the daily breakfast would have been better.

gas stove didn’t work, feces can in bathroom, had old feces under bottom of lid, ghost ants, invaded our food, restaurant for breakfast, supposed to be open till 10, guy had the door locked at 9:30.

The staff, they are the best… very caring, friendly and professional. They did all they can and more to keep us happy, safe and comfortable. This is my third stay in 6 years and I am always grateful.
Well, the Wifi was somewhat like my step mother - annoying - but it did work nevertheless so that’s nice.
