Location and size of the apartment was great.
There were worms in the bathroom and cockroaches in the kitchen. The bathroom needs a lot of work. Cleanliness and hygiene was poor. The cleaner used the same gloves to was the bathroom and the plates and cutlery.

Lovely apartment in a convenient central location - well furnished and equipped and very clean. Also excellent staff - extremely courteous and efficient, and responded immediately when I needed assistance.
As a solo woman traveler I felt completely safe.
Was very impressed and will definitely stay here on future visits.

Good location, pleasant ambience and decent facilities. Ideal for me as I was traveling with spouse and infant. Could cook a basic meal and live in comfort. I could also have a family relative accommodated at minimal extra charge.
I had insisted on having a functional kitchen with working appliances, the microwave and toaster both had to be replaced.
