Staff was very polite. Location is great, it is close to the city square, restaurants, shops, and it can be noisy at night.

The noise. The apartment was not soundproof, so all the noise from the streets and other guests could be heard.

Heated pool not functioning; water heating system is primitive (outdated) and dangerous (someone can get burned); surrounding areas of the pool need restoration/renovation; exterior of the building needs work and painting; beds could be bigger and mattresses of a better quality
