Nice hidden little hotel, very italian style, nice breakfast and the owner is super kind with special attention to guests

The whole place is very cute and homely. It is a family run place and all staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. Breakfast was great, the room was great, nice and cool with ceiling fan. Even had a little balcony. There’s a lovely shaded terrace for breakfast and to hang out whenever you like.

Great location, only a couple blocks from the Mediterranean. Easing walking distance for the older sections of Imperia. The owner was very helpful and gracious. Breakfast is served in the garden.
No air conditioning and no lift, but still a comfortable sleeping temperature with the French doors open on to the balcony.

The location is excellent.
Breakfast outside was very pleasant.
The owners are very kind and helpful. Lisa explained everything about the town on the map and provided us with all sorts of brochures and information.

Location is perfect. Only few minutes from different beaches and some perfect restaurants are just down the road by the sea. Also it was really nice we could park our car close to the hotel. The hotel is nice and very clean!
