Loved the way the staff greeted us upon entering the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was very good.
The behavior of the staff was not good. The staff was not aware that if 2 people stay in the hotel room then the luggage should be provided according to 2 people.
The electrical wires were bad, which was also complained about.

Check in was smooth and quick. The staff were all very helpful and kind across the various sections of the hotel. Food was very good and a good bar is available. Room was big and clean

Location and pleasant staff
Intercom was erratic and I got getting calls at odd hours including mid night during my sleep and work meetings. I reported this many time, and nothing was mended. Only false promises from top managers. It was a disturbed stay. Food was not satisfactory.
