The staff were fantastic, very attentive and kind. They were able to check us in early when we arrived! (As well as offered a welcome drink).
The room was great, quite large and very well decorated. The bathroom was 10/10 and the balcony was a lovely place to spend time.
The facilities like the pool and saunas were awesome, not too busy, well looked after and a really enjoyable part of our stay.
The location was quite good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
I felt the breakfast was a little average, with not much variety but was still a good inclusion.

The sea view was incredible. The room and balcony were incredible.
No one offered to bring our luggage to the room despite 4 staff members standing around with nothing to do.
The safe did not work (which happens) - My husband had to go down 3 times and constantly telephone to get a response other than we are dealing with it. we lost an hour on the beach and would have lost a further 2 hours to wait for a contractor only that he insisted on a solution after an hour.
There is alot of construction around the hotel so the path to the sea is not for the feint hearted.
Parking is provided which is great but the access and exit is not for an inexperienced driver.
We had to ask for our passports back several times which could be a disaster if you had moved onto next location. Staff should photocopy on arrival and hand back

the staff were very helpful, the taxi to the airport was luxurious! the breakfast was yummy & a big range. Room was spacious, amazing view from balcony,close to the beach& supermarket

I did enjoy the coffee and selection of sweets they provided.
Breakfast was fine a few things that should be noted :
I don’t eat pork know where did it indicate what kind of meats. Should have some kind of signage to make visitors aware.
Eggs - Couldnhave been warmer at times.

Location is good and the staffs are very nice
The room doesn’t have a teakettle and there are too many drinks in the refrigerator which is not convenient as I need to move them out carefully to put mine in.
