Prima locatie tov het centrum. Alle comfort in het huis aanwezig. We voelden ons echt welkom.
Helaas was het toilet beneden defect en konden we alleen van toilet boven gebruik maken.

The location was great and the home was very good. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well organized and easy to use. The garbage system was excellent and it was good to have the coffee maker and kettle.
The toilet downstairs was not working. Since we were 4 people sharing one bathroom, it would have been good to have the second toilet available.
Bigger mugs for coffee would be nice.

Superb, well-equipped holiday home within easy walking of Ypres centre. Comfortable beds and living accommodation, and well-equipped kitchen. Superb location for Ypres, Poperinghe, and great war battlefields and museums. Communication with the owners and access to the property was excellent.
The Google Tv set up was inconvenient as none of us has a subscription, but this did not detract from our visit which was very good over all.

Location and dark parking
Towels need changing and they were still damp. The house was a wee bit chilly. Some cleaning fluids would be helpful and the opportunity to request a welcome pack with milk, bread and butter etc.

The parking outside was useful.
The house spacious and comfortable. Entry and communications were effortless! Thankyou
Very very minor points are:
- would be good to have some sharper knives for preparing food/vegetables
- also some smaller pans would be useful as there were only 2 of us.
- and some larger cups/mugs for tea (apologies we are English 😀)

everything you need is there. the property is very well kept and absolutely spotless.
downstairs toilet was not working which was a little inconvenient due to mixed group and planning showers in upstairs bathroom but manageable.

The location. Back terrace was nice, but could have used a lawn cut.
House was very dark and cold. Bedding and towels were damp, smell of old/musty. Unable to turn on the heat radiators to get dampness out. The house has a lot of potential, it requires some care. Decor such as green plants would make it a little more homey. This place is minimally equipped to make your stay somewhat comfortable. One washroom was out if service. Also, required to remove linens from bed before departure. Advised to take rubbish out but there wasn't adequate outside containers. Was supplied with 1 roll of toilet tissue so had to purchase more ourselves.

Location was excellent 20 minute walk into centre couple of small niggles if you wanted to be picky shower to hot couldn’t turn it down towels still wet when we arrived radiator not working in bedroom

The house was very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay in Ypres. Communication with the owners was excellent.

The house was very clean and comfortable and the floors and finishes were very suitable for three rather wet motorcyclists bringing gear in after a long day travelling. Fantastic parking!
Something in the fridge (milk for tea) would be helpful.

Very nice small Belgian house. All facilities you’d require. Nice size kitchen with ability to cook a supper. Full washer and dryer. Perfect walk to meningate to hear last post.
