- Very clean upon arrival
- Both AC and ventilator above the bed were working perfectly, making it easy to find and set the room to exact desirable temperature
- Comfortable + clean bathroom
- Great bed & mattress quality
- Very complete (microwave, cutlery, kettle, desk, european charger adapter etc available)
- Straighforward checkin/checkout/wifi connection instructions, + overview of nearby places to visit and get food from
- Gets quite dusty in a short time due to construction nearby
- Automatic gate not functioning well, would be nice to have keys to the regular manual gate was well as the automatic parking gate

Location is very central and easily accessible by taxis. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 persons, with a kitchen and plenty of space to move around and store personal items etc.
The AC left much to be desired, especially in the heatwave we experienced but overall we managed.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is clean and cozy. You will find everything that you need during your stay.

The host, Dinos, was the best. He was most responsive with a wide variety of inquiries/requests before and throughout our stay. This was exceptionally appreciated! Thanks Dinos!
There is plenty of hot water for the shower. Unfortunately, I (a "dumb American") didn't know how to turn it on properly since we do not have the same system in our country.

No place to hand towel in the shorew where it wont get wet.

The unit was new, clean, and spacious. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Easy access to University of Nicosia, and even easier access to European University.

Sunight came through the windows in the morning, you could see the other person having a shower throught the side of toilet door, you could every little noise from toilet (no privacy)

There are no words to describe how AMAZING our stay was at Olivier Residence! I was travelling for work and needed a place in close proximity to were my work would be so I didn't have high expectations! The faicilities were extremely clean, FULLY equipped with EVERYTHING you can imagine, the apartment was a fully functional house!!! I was not expecting this at all. We also met Mr Dinos, he was very kind, polite and joyous and even let us stay for 1h more. It was very easy to get the keys, the building is in a very strategic place and you can find anything you might need in the area around you, you do not even need a car to get the essentials! I will be definitely visit Olivier Residence and it is a VERY well-deserved 10/10! I have nothing negative to comment. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Nice apartment and very clean.
The owners had the place ready with lights and airconditioning on and a nice bottle of wine on the table, making my arrival very pleasant.

Absence of screens. We had full light and heat earlier than 6am
Construction works nearby, acting 7/7
No cleaning and no bathrobe renewal for the entire week

The refrigerator, although new, is a bit noisy

there is a noisy building site next door, the banging starts at 7am, it does not look something to be ended soon

The light comes in in the morning. It will be great to add curtains/ better blinds.
