The appartment was very good, we spent nice time there. It is really spacy flat in ground floor, with direct aceess to big terrace with great privacy. You can also use garden, which is accessible from the terrace or also main enter door, where is next seating equipment under the roof. Parking on garden is also a benefit in comparsion to many appartments in Medulin with parking on the streets or small parking lots. There is a dishwasher and sufficiently equipped kitchen with oven, microwawe and kettle, sharp knives and lot of other dishes and pots. Beaches or promenande is available by walk in ca. 15 minutes.

It is not a dedicated and professionaly maintained appartment, but partially inhabited flat used by the owners outside of the season, I guess. So there are many unnecessary decorations like artifical flowers in ceramic vases, which are occupying valuable space, old carpets, table-cloths and also some locked cabinets (but free storage capacity is anyway more that enough). Washing machine is not a part of the appartment, you can only use owner's one in their outdoor kitchen, and there is no Wifi. Also cleaning could be better, we had to re-wash some dishes. Generally the pros outweighted the cons a lot, you only need to calculate with these in your expectations to avoid initial disappointment.
