We had a beautiful stay at the Apartment Andrija, everything was as described and we found more things than the description (for example the air conditioning). When we arrived we found a fresh snack (cold water, juice and some biscuits), we had a private parking spot and the owners were very sweet. In the middle of our vacation (1 week) they gave us clean towels and before leaving they give us a nice gift to bring us home as a souvenir. The apartment has a view of the sea and is very close to the center of Vrbnik (2 minutes of walk) and 8 minutes from the first beach (if you walk slowly). Overall our vacation was great and we will recommend it 110%.

Internet connection was a little bit slow but that's not a big deal.

It was much better, than we expected. Everything was well cleaned,it was close to the center and there is so much private space in the apartment, the owners were very sweet as well. 10/10 suggest it!

The apartment is very well equiped and renovated (e.g. laundry detergent, spices, welcome drink, towels, new kitchen, balcony, tiles etc.) The hosts are very friendly. The host is very concerned that the guest is doing well. The host is always reachable via email or messenger. Everything is very clean.

The wifi range could be improved. At the dinner table you have a download rate of ~15Mbps which is absolutely ok. But if you move a meter away the signal will instantly decrease and the download rate drops to <1Mbps, which makes the internet unusable for nearly everything except text messaging etc. The range could be improved with a wifi extender/repeater.

The warmest wellcome we ever experienced. When we came Katarina sat with us with cookies and juice and introduced us to all we needed to know. The owners (her parents) live upstairs. So when they cought fish, they made also for us. During the stay we spoke often (or got an email with recommendations and links). They always respected our privacy. Katarina is highly responsive - replied within minutes back, speaks English as well as German (and Croatian). The whole appartment is large enough for four people, we did not disturb each other. The Grohot street is used only by people living/hosted in this street. I never enjoyed more eating at the terrace with a seaview: I literally enjoyed myself, and the time there passes really fast :-). We started to greet the neighbours, within few days they replied back or greeted us first: the whole community of Vrbnik is welcoming and quiet.

bedroom had a slight smell of old walls (as it is historical building with large walls).
