If you want peace and quiet at literally two minutes' walk to the beach, look no further! The rooms are pretty, clean and functional, and there's a policy for guests to be quiet from 11pm to 8am. I've never slept so well on holiday. Gorana is a delight and super helpful.

Gorana is SO kind. She was very helpful with all our questions (even before our stay). She even offered going to the closest pharmacy for us when we needed some meds. The condition of the rooms is perfect. We were impressed with how clean they were upon our arrival, and there's a common section in which pretty much anything you need is available. The grill section is also really good. As of the location, it's perfect for a relaxed vacation in a very calm part of the island. The best restaurants are just a couple blocks away, and you can find insane beaches if you take a little walk.

Spacious double room, comfy beds, kettle and fridge, nice shower with hot water at all times, all very clean. Additional cutlery, crockery and wine glasses were available on the hallway. Lovely views of the sunset from the balcony. Excellent communication with the host - Gorana was prompt to answer and helped us with everything we asked.

- This is the 1st property in all the Balkans we stayed at with a clear policy of sorting the trash. This is an enormous plus - The property and the room were very clean - Comfortable bed. - The car park was big. No parking issues - We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and a direct view over the sea!. It is ideal to enjoy your coffee, tea, wine ... or ice tea right from the fridge of the room ;) Both day and night, you can look at the Lošinj island, around 20km away - Very close to the Babinjak beach (75 meters, made of stones), restaurants, wine and Pag cheese selling points and even a church - The owner, who didn't make any problem of us checking in after the regular time and who left the key for us to check in ourselves. - On Booking, the property states check out at 10 A.M. However, in the room, nice surprise: it's 10:30 A.M. Big kudos for this!

- There is a big problem with soundproofing, at least in the part of the property we slept in (the white house). We could clearly hear our neighbors not only making what we could diplomatically call room exercise (if you know what I mean ;)), but also ... talking. Both very late in the evening and in the morning. If it weren't because of that, this property would have gotten a 9 or a 10! ... Soundproofing this part of the building is definitely the point this property must improve for their hard work to be properly rewarded.
