Overall experience was excellent. Host was very helpful without being intrusive. Beds are very comfortable. There were 8 of us so we had to use the library as a bedroom and j would say it would be better if only 6 stayed as the communal bathroom is in this area so if disturbs the people sleeping there. Location is quiet and pool/ garden is very nice. Our host kindly arranged taxi when we needed them, we did try and catch a BT’s but the bus stop is approx 1km away and they are not that frequent. Do if you want to go to levante beach it’s approx 15 euro which did mount up for us as we needs 2 taxi each time. Having said this if you do want a nice villa with a great host, comfy beds and good facilities and are nit worried about taxi fares then this is a great holiday villa.

me and my friends had this villa booked since before covid and fransisco helped at every opportunity when having to re arrange. he was a great host and very helpful. the villa was perfect wether your a group of friends or villa. highly recommend.

we had a fantastic holiday in quiet surroundings. close to everything. very sweet host couple. even though we arrived very late at night they were ready with tour, the beds were made ready. so great with two tired kids. the house was nice spacious, delicious with its own pool and a cozy outdoor kitchen which was used extensively. this is definitely not the last time we visit the house.

Nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones y agradecimiento a Francisco y Amparo por su magnífica vivienda y por su gran nivel como anfitriones, realmente encantadores, atentos y resolutivos.La vivienda, decorada con mimo y detalle ha cubierto con creces nuestras expectativas de un lugar en el que aislarnos disfrutando con espacio más que suficiente para los 5 que somos y baño privado en un piscina original con excelente orientación y diseño ( la entrada a modo de playa es muy destacable).Efectivamente, las fotos no terminan de reflejar las cualidades de la casa, que sorprende muy gratamente. El entorno es muy tranquilo y las instalaciones deportivas de la urbanización a la que pertenece la casa son también muy interesantes.En definitiva, altísimamente recomendable.

Would just like to thank Francisco & his beautiful family for making us feel so at home. The villa is even more beautiful than the pics if that’s possible. The pool is lovely but not heated so bear this in mind at certain times of the year. It’s a 45 minute walk into town. We liked the peaceful surroundings with the option of full on Benidorm at times. Absolutely loved the villa. Amparo and his family were wonderful. 3 night stay with girlfriends in an amazing location and beautiful villa.

We loved the villa, particularly the private pool and outside kitchen, which is where we spent most of our time. Located in a quiet residential area was perfect for us. Francisco was great, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport, as well as giving us lifts into Benidorm. We would highly recommend.

The villa is beautiful and photos don’t do it justice. Pool is fabulous. Fransisco is a great host and is very helpful. Area is out of Benidorm and taxi ride is around 10-15 euros. Aldi a 10 min walk away. Would love to come back again. Thank you Francisco and family

What an amazing week we had! We loved every minute of our stay. The villa had everything we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Aldi. We hope to visit again very soon!

Everything was fab and Francisco who welcomed us off the flight, showing us around the accommodation and them returning us to the airport was excellent!!! He could not have been any more helpful if he tried.

Beautiful house. Spacious clean and a fantastic pool. Ten minutes in a taxi to the centre and far enough away not to be disturbed. Would recommend for all ages.

From start to finish Fransisco made us feel completely at home, from taking us to and from the airport without the hassle of public transport to making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently stayed here for a long weekend with my friends. The villa is beautiful, very big and spacious with plenty of amenities such as cutlery, glasses, plates, kettle etc. A beautiful outdoor seating area with a BBQ and fridge was perfect for our evening drinks by the pool. All the little things you need for your stay are here. Lovely big pool and private surroundings. Francisco was a fantastic host from the minute we arrived until leaving. We arrived early afternoon and required a shop for supplies. Francisco kindly offered to take us to Aldi and waited for us to help with our shopping. Although Aldi is a short walk up the road, the lift was greatly appreciated with the amount of shopping we had. I would recommend this villa to anyone and I will be coming back. It is located around 10 mins drive from Benidorm centre, however this was perfect as we wanted a more private setting for our trip. Thank you very much for your help throughout our stay Francisco and for making the villa beautiful. A lovely genuine man who works hard to ensure his guests are happy! Sammy :)

Just arrived home from a beautiful week in this villa,family so helpful picked us up from airport late in the evening and took us back to airport to come home, called us 2 taxis every night to go into the main town Benidorm. We were a little worried on the last day we went to the beach and we’re worried how we could print our boarding passes off so after speaking to Francisco he messaged me back to say they were printed and left in the villa, and to have a lovely day at the beach, really made our holiday so relaxed and worry free, beautiful villa we and our 4 girls, grandson aged 2 loved every bit of it. Thanks for an amazing holiday.

What an amazing large villa! Went for my sisters hen do with 9 of us and was perfect!! The villa is so large, we were never stepping on each other’s toes. Francisco and his family can not do enough for you also! I’d highly recommend!

Villa was of good quality with a very friendly owner. Layout can be split into 2 areas if desired with a self contained master bedroom and ensuite that opens into the rest of the house which contains a large day room with kitchen, livingroom with then feeds 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin which could be pushed together to make another double and a bathroom. Property has 2 bathrooms, both with excellent showers. The villa excels at being able to relax during the day with a lovely pool that is toddler safe with a walk in shallow end going all the way to 6feet at the deep end - the pool was of a large size for a villa and maintained by the owner in excellent condition. It also features an outside kitchen which is great for relaxing in the evening and having some pre drinks and food! We all said we glad we booked the villa rather than being in the centre of town. There are couches in each room that are also as comfy as beds. Wifi in the Villa is good and we had no issues with it. It costs about €12-14 for a taxi into the centre of town (10mins) and the nightlife in the centre is very much full on! Near the villa there is also local shops, restaurants and bars and a KFC within walking distance. If you book it you will have a great week however due to its lovely residential location no loud music would be appropriate or tolerated post midnight (there is also a note in the welcome book as such). Fransico the owner was very good and made us feel welcome but also left us alone to enjoy our week! We would all go back so that says it all.

Just returned home from a 3 night stay in this beautiful Villa. We were there as a family of 6 for my mams 60th. The villa is absolutely beautiful huge rooms, lovely and clean with a lovely big pool. Outside kitchen is brilliant. Francisco and his daughter picked us from the airport and took us back which was so much easier than taxis. When we arrived at the Villa my Mam was given a bottle of champagne and some lovely chocolates for her birthday, there was even beautiful flowers in the ice for the ice bucket. What a lovely gesture and it made my mam feel so special. We walked into Benidorm and too the beach, it’s an easy walk and took about 40 mins. However, a taxi in to town takes 5 mins and is only 10 Euro. Aldi is a 5 min walk away, again Francisco went above and beyond and took us for our shopping on our first day. There’s a few restaurants close by, would highly recommend the Bamboo libra Chinese buffet, food is amazing it’s not like a normal buffet you order as many dishes as you like from the menu and it’s cooked fresh, oh and all alcohol is free for 13 Euro pp and it’s only a 10 minute walk away. The area the Villa is in feels very safe and welcoming. If your looking at this Villa and thinking of booking do it, you won’t be disappointed. Our families first time in a villa, so we went with a open mind, wow! What a fantastic place, and the owner Francisco was so helpful from the moment we booked until we left, what a lovely man, the kids loved him ! , The villa was very very charming, , exceptionally clean, surprised how big each room is, , each room is totally different , we loved the middle room , filled with books and games for the kids, and is low lit room, very relaxing in there, , , it has 2 very large kitchens, the one outside where we choose to eat every morning over looking the pool, both kitchens has absolutely everything in it, , the bedrooms are very roomy and very comfortable plenty of storage room, all have decent size TVs in there, , the ensuite bathroom to the back bedroom is lovely , also it has another central bathroom, which was perfect, now to the best bit! The pool is amazing a lot larger than the pictures show, gentle walk in slope one end perfect for toddlers, , the middle area of the pool is quite deep, my kids were in there from 9 am in the morning , they loved it, , now the villa is close to everything , theres an Aldi about 15 minutes walk away, ,next door to that theres a huge shop which sells absolutely everything, also theres plenty of restaurants and bars just up the road,. Benidorm itself is know more than a 5 minute drive away, Fransisco even arranged our car hire and got a fantastic deal,. I really would advise hiring a car, and visit Albir beach and Altea, we even drove to Alicante which is l huge full of shops with a stunning harbor, we will be booking again in 2020, we love this place ! Cant wait for our next visit,

Myself and my family spent 1 week in this beautiful property from 14th 21st April 2018 It is located in a very quiet residential area and the pool was amazing The accommodation was very good with indoor and outdoor dining space to accommodate 9 people Francisco was very kind and he cooked us a spectacular paella 🥘 and gifted a fabulous cake for my mother’s 85th birthday He also took us for pizzas and drove my mother to the local restaurant It was home from home and had everything we required The only thing we missed was a washing machine We will definitely return in the near future Thankyou Frank Anne ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️😎
