The property is very rundown in comparison to the photos that are shown online. There were roaches in the property and the owners told us that we should go and source bug spray for ourselves . The sheets that were provided were old and had stains as well as holes in them. When I communicated this to the owner he said that he would sort it out when in fact he charged us for the sheets when they were in the same condition that we found them. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly and sometimes would not turn on. The Internet was also down for a long period of time and when we called to find out we was not given clear answers we was told that the Internet everywhere was down but when I asked people in other apartments they said that there is was fine so we feel like maybe the owners did not pay for the Internet as yet. We were left without Internet for three days which was very inconvenient as we was unable to reschedule flights that had been cancelled due to this inconvenience.

Fantastic place, great location, great Host, very clean and modern apartment. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The Property is well maintained and has all the amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay. The only reason I would not recommend this property is so it is available for me when I want to return to Ochi. Lol...... would highly recommend this property.

The villa was very nice and clean. Staff and security was alway there and polite. The room very up to standard and clean comfortable I wasn’t in need of any thing. I would definitely recommend here to friend and family.

The apartment was just as represented online. Neat, clean and comfortable. The owner, Sharon, kept in touch before I arrived and there was a pleasant housekeeper who met us upon arrival to give us the keys and a walk through to show us how the TV, fans and appliances work. There’s a large pool on the property, just below this apartment. No food is available onsite but it is close to downtown where there are lots of options and other attractions. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!! Thanks Sharon🤗

We had a great 5 weeks stay at this apartment it’s comfortable and nicely located with view of the pool. We will be asking for reservations for the same time next year.

Our stay here was great! We stayed here for our honeymoon and we had good time. It's not far from the town so we walked down there a few times. There is a nice park across from the resort and shopping centers near by. Our hosts was reliable and responded to us quickly when we had any questions.

We loved everything about this apartment! It was perfect for our vacation needs, we just showed up with our luggage and the apartment had everything we needed. We felt at home as it was very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location.

My husband and I loved this place. Michelle was great she provided me with all necessay info before we travelled and she kept in touch throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Check in was smooth and we were quite surprised at how clean the place was. Everything looks like the pictures, clean and well kept. You have your privacy with this unit. Overally the property was quiet except on our last night neighbors were very loud. The place is very close to dolphin cove, Dunn's river falls and other tourist attractions. Would definitely book this place again.

Our apartment is in very good condition. We had a problem with broken pipe on the second day, but it was taken care. Apartment is kept clean. Apartment is very close to shopping, Dunn's Fall, Mystic River, Dolphin's Cove and public beach.

I had such a great time staying here, it’s located 5 minutes walk in to the town where you will find everything you need - supermarket, fast food, souvenirs, Dunn’s River is literally next door and you can hear it every time you open the front door, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain are just a little bit further down the road but really not far at all and you could walk there. The appt. was better then the pictures and everything felt so comfortable and I loved that we could cook our own food as everything you would need was provided. The pool is steps away from the apartment veranda and is cleaned every morning, having WiFi was also great as I could keep in contact with my family without the expectation of a huge phone bill! Michelle is easy to make contact with and always responds to messages quickly. I had to extend our stay by a day due to illness and Michelle was so accommodating and lovely and I have recommended this apartment to quite a few people and I will definitely be staying again next year. On our arrival, we had no wifi or cable for 3days !.. this made our holiday difficult as we couldnt use the internet to look up what we wanted to do during our stay. The owner response was that she dont have control of it. After the second message, the owner stopped replying throughout my whole stay of the holiday. The air con was also not working upon our arrival which took couple guys to fix. There is more problems with this property. The shower was cold during our stay, and the water pressure was very low. You could get more out of the sink. For a few days we had to use the sink to clean ourselves. We called the maintence guy. Who agreed there was a fault with the water pressure and too big of a job for him to fix during our stay. So to conclude, we didnt get our moneys worth for our stay, no partial refund for all of this issues from the owner. So if your planning to stay here, think very carefully before you book.

The property exceeded expectations. It was beautifully renovated and modern. My favorite room was the bathroom.

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I felt right at home with all the amenities, and I especially liked the lighting. Michelle and Richard were very attentive and I would definitely have them as my host again. We had a really lovely stay here, and I am recommending this apartment to anyone considering it.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this location, the apartment was well equipped. Michelle was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to the Jerk center, the beach, and downtown Ocho Rios, Island Village. There pool is great, there is also a restaurant on spot with great food. would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and modern perfect for a couple . Apartments location is perfectly located on the property, just steps from the doorstep is the pool, and restaurant. Apartment community itself is within walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Only downside was water from shower doesn't get very warm like the sink but it's tolerable. My husband and myself enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again. Owner also responds timely to all questions and was very nice.

The property was clean, manicured nicely, pool was beautiful, always kept clean. The restaurant was really nice, the food excellent. Had a fantastic stay, the unit was comfortable just like home. Will not hesitate to come back again, next time in Ocho Rios i'll definitely stay at Mystic Ridge. The location was great, within walking distance of the town, grocery stores everything, can't say enough about the location.

In a country where you have to pay premium dollars for sometimes substandard rentals, this condo is a treat! Nicely updated, pool kept clean and friendly staff. The location is great - walking distance to the beach and downtown Ochi for groceries, entertainment, etc. but still feels private and remote. Definitely would stay again!

This stay was fantastic. I stayed here for a week with my husband. The overall grounds are well kept, not very busy and it was easy for our in-laws to stop by and visit us. We arrived to fresh orange juice, tea, milk, sugar, paper towels and bottled water. These were all complimentary. Our care-taker Rose, gave us a tour of the place. She was sweet, easy to reach and promptly responsive. The apartment was spacious, clean and very modern. My favorite room was the bathroom because of its unique fixtures and design. If you travel to Jamaica often, you will know that hot water is a precious commodity. Thankfully we had no issues taking warm showers here especially on those chilly December evenings. We spent many mornings and afternoons on the porch. The condo overlooked the pool and it was a pleasure to simply sit there and catch some breeze and relax. The patio furniture was convenient and comfortable and the view of the pool each day was truly beautiful. Sleeping was easy in not one, but two beds :) and we had ample closet space for our things. There was an iron and ironing board conveniently there for us and we didnt really ever need to call for anything. Of most importance for me and my husband was our ability to make our own meals. We are both vegetarian and it is hard to find vegetarian meals in the fried chicken and curried goat capital of the world :) Our host made sure this was possible by providing us with an alternative cook top and there was a large enough mini fridge, cupboards and counter space to store all of our food. There were more than enough utensils and cookware and all the knives were sharp!! (Huge plus!) I was even able to freeze some sour sop to take back :) The condo is located very close to town so we got all of our fresh, ORGANIC produce a short distance away in the local market. Keeping the place clean: We really wanted to treat the space like we would our own. We didnt have a cleaner but Rose was very helpful in this regard. She provided us with enough trash bags, floor cleaner, a mop, a broom, dish washing liquid, etc. so our clean-ups were less than a chore. I hope the space is available every time we want to travel to Ocho Rios. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was well worth the money. You can spend so much more in Ocho Rios for no amenities, cold water, poor decor and rude hostesses. We are glad we do not have to return to that. Many thanks Michelle and Richard!

My wife and I stayed here for a week, the apartment was clean and well kept, the property is nice and quiet also. Rose the cleaner was very nice and helpful, we enjoyed having the pool close by to relax at just a couple steps out the front, the pool was always cleaned and could always see workers keeping the grounds well kept, we ate at the restaurant that is also on property and the food was delicious, we would highly recommend this property for couples or two couples or families, we will be keeping this property as a go to when we come back.
