The private beach is really convenient, you can go swimming in a wonderful sea by literally walking down the stairs.
The apartment was big and had everything we needed.
You can shortly get to Novalja and Zrće by car.
The host is really kind and caring, he helped us with a thing we left behind in the apartment (not everyone would have done that).

Terace is great and location of the aparment.
Very bad small beds ( I got backacke), in the appartmen was only one very small closed, plastic furniture outside, dirty plastic table cloth. Apartment is dark, kitchen is like a dungeon. Very poor equipment, very cheap, without any taste. As I said, the locatin of terase is great and it is big, but there is no shade or roof in case of rain or sunshine. They have one very small umbrella which is allmust unuseable. Flat was not clean, we had to wash all kitchen ware and closed and clean the floor it wass full of stains. The price was far too high for this appartment, never again. Andreja

Location perfect and almost private beach and that is it.
Furniture was old and used-up.Bathroom was from the 80`s, boiler so old that you are afraid is it correct.
In bedrooms at least 20-30 year old carpet wich is fixed so questinable purity,Dog got fleas.Everywere cobwebs.
There was no couch to sit comfortably, no TV or air-condition.
WI-FI did not work.Host was not hospitable, often droping bay.

The owners were very kind and helpful. Also the distance from the beach was very good.
The facility really needs renovation: the water pipes are giving strange noise whenever the water was on, the beach area is damaged, shower on beach does not work, the fences are rusty. The whole apartment was in 90s style. But the owners promised a renovation so maybe next year it will be better. The kitchen is really very small and there is no dinning area and no living room, there are only bedrooms. But there is a big balcony with big table, so the only possibility to eat is there. Also the smell of cigarettes from the owners was little to notice in the floor and on the balcony.
